Just an outstanding experience dealing with Alphonse. We are new to the area, and it’s difficult to find people who you can trust to give you honest information and fair service without up-selling the job. We had an Immediate response to our call for inspection and service of our roof. Honest about what we needed to solve our issues and extremely great service. If we ever have any roofing concerns, Alphonse will be the first person we call. Can’t thank him enough for the service he provided us. Great person that I highly recommend.

Our roof was damaged by a recent storm. It was Easter Monday and a lot of rain was expected the next day. We were hoping to find someone to fix our roof before the heavy rain. We were pleased that Mr. Vusi could accommodate us. He delivered what he promised at a reasonable price. He was polite and professional. Without us asking him to do so, he even wore a mask during our conversations. How thoughtful! He provided pictures of his work. Everything looks perfect. I highly recommend Mr. Vusi and his team.Thank you Alphonse!

These guys were such pleasure to deal with! They did a fantastic job, were very responsive, and their price was very competitive (below) other quality providers we got estimates from. Alphonse was so great--and they finished on time even after we figured out they needed to unexpectedly re-sheet the whole roof. Great choice for anyone who needs roofing done.

Knowledgeable, and very responsive. Thank you Vusi Roofing for coming out the same day and fixing our 40-year old aluminum siding from wind damage. He knew how to nail the pieces back together of siding that is no longer available for sale.

Highly recommend!We hired Vusi roofing in December to fix structural issues with our roof caused by our bathroom vent not being installed properly and venting humid air into the attic for years, leading to mold and decay in the plywood sheets.Alphonse was very professional and respectful of our home. He provided a quote very quickly and was on time for everything. They fixed the structural issues by removing the moldy sheets of plywood, properly connected our new bathroom vent and matched the new shingles to our old ones and even did a roof check/maintenance. A few days later we noticed there was still a bit of mold in the attic on one of the plywood sheets, we contacted Alphonse about it, he came right away to inspect and fixed the issue within a few days, no extra charges and no hassle. We really appreciated the ease of everything and excellent quality of work.(The photos are from before the work was done)

I can't say enough good things about Vusi Roofing. I had some damaged shingles and Alphonse stopped by on a Sunday to get the repair done. He's professional, responsive (can book service via text) and really just a nice guy. I will definitely be getting Vusi to do any other roof or siding related work in the future. Vusi offers great service and reasonable pricing.

Wow!! I can't rave enough about the service Alphonse provided. Alphonse responded with minutes after my quote request. Making everything super efficient, simple and quick to deal with. It was truly hassle-free.He came the next day to get the siding fixed in the rain! I really admired his professionalism. He was also very friendly and respectful. It didn't feel like I was talking to someone with a big ego but more of a friendly neighbour.On top of all that he was able to offer me a quote that was MUCH cheaper than his competitors. Overall, 5 stars!

Alphonse and his crew have a great work ethic! Installation and clean up was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. We were kept informed of every step along in the process. We hired Vusi roofing for the removal of a chimney, which required them to also replace some siding and patch the roof where the chimney used to be. Alphonse, the owner, was extremely professional with great communication and customer service. He was extremely responsive to what we wanted and went above and beyond to complete the job in a timely manner. We were extremely satisfied with the end result and with all aspects of the service from start to finish.
