Jordan from Prep N Sell is amazing. As a realtor I needed a condo emptied and made ready for sale. He and his people were excellent! The job ended up being far more extensive than first thought, and Jordan handled everything so professionally! For the amount of work...new floors throughout, paint, counters, appliances, bathroom fixtures...the place now looks fantastic!, and the pricing was reasonable. Happy to provide a review for Prep'n'Sell. We were acting as Power of Attorney for a client after they had been admitted to a long term care facility. The client's condominium needed to be sold. Unfortunately the client was a hoarder and his place needed to be emptied, strip cleaned, new flooring, plumbing, appliances, painting etc., essentially the works". We are delighted with our condo renovation, which took in almost everything but the kitchen sink. The team takes pride in their work, which shows in the level of diligence they take in doing the job right. Jordan responded well to late changes to the job spec, and delivered superbly, even though we were designing on the fly. Jordan has been exceptional in his ability to fully renovate our condo unit. He is diligent, detail-oriented, communicative, and flexible in solving problems that inevitably happen with any reno. He did a stellar job ensuring our requirements are met, our concerns were addressed, and that we're on the same page on what work needed to be prioritized in the 2-ish months that he had been with us in this project.Despite buying most of our own materials for this reno, Jordan was able to make our design vision for the place a reality, and had very talented subcontractors under him to make most of it happen. By the time he had wrapped up, a quick clean and decorate made the place look brand-new.He was very adaptable to changes that sometimes came on-the-fly, and whenever some pieces or fixtures didn't fit or was incompatible with the fundamentals of the unit, we would quickly come up with a plan that would end up being a great compromise without sacrificing on the core vision of what we wanted.Ultimately, we are very satisfied with his work, and would recommend him in the future if you are seeking a general contractor for your renovating needs.

Very impressed. They showed up when they said they would. (Always a good start). Our requirement was a little strange and they came up with a well thought out plan to address it. They completed the job on time and actually a little under their quote as some cost savings were found. Would definitely recommend them. Job well done.

I just had my bathroom fans replaced and wanted to give Jordan Wiseman a good reference. He was well prepared, reliable, and gave helpful advice before and during the installation, which went smoothly (about ½ a day for two fans and minor ceiling adjustments for the new fans I picked). Jordan’s quote was free and the total cost wasn’t that much more than hiring someone to replace the old fan motors.
