Virgin Has best and affordable deals in compared to other telecoms. I recently purchased iPhone 13 on black Friday. There was a virgin member Arfa. She was genuinely polite and she suggested affordable data plans Including phone. I would recommend everyone to try this affordable deals.

This location was offering a “too good to be true” BF deal last year with iPhone+Plan and it wasn’t in stock for the color I wanted. They told me to wait but didn’t have an ETA. I called to follow up every couple weeks and even called an actual Virgin store which said this is separate associate dealer inventory from theirs. In January I followed up again and the manager said the “rep” I was dealing with doesn’t work here anymore and that the offer was with the rep not the location and would not do anything more about it. So in the end I was trolled for a few weeks and subject to S C U M tactics! Find a better dealer elsewhere or deal direct with Virgin.

This was probably the busiest day ever, with all the promotions going on. And yet staff was courteous and efficient. Explained the various options, and helped me optimize features/bill.

I brought 7 lines from fido and the store manager gave me wrong info and my monthly fees are higher than what it should be. He didn't show me any paperwork and I didn't sign anything. He didn’t explain any of the other hidden charges. I’m now paying more than I expected as I have 7 lines.Also, for one of my number the fido acct number was wrongly inputted and virgin Mobil still charged me for the entire week while I still had fido line for the existing number. The store manager didn’t tell me anything about the one time charges of $50 and charged me on all lines which is usually waved off for new customer. I went back and forth with the store for many weeks and try to contact the store manager but he never pick up the phone and no one helped me in the store.Customer service couldn’t do anything about most of the issues because I got the phones from the store and asked me to deal with the store directly.Very bad experience!!

Arafat was completely helpful, extremely friendly, and a wonderful advocate for the store and services. Will seek him out if for ALL my future phone needs!! Thanks again Arafat!!!

The staff at Virgin Plus Royal City Centre helped me get a new phone; this is my first time trying Virgin's service. The woman who helped me was super helpful, and went above and beyond helping me set up. It was a very busy day for her, and I had work later on, so she did whatever she could to make sure I could get the limited time deal available. Thank you so much for all your efforts.

Got set up with a new iPhone on their great black friday deal. Meg was super knowledgeable and professional. Promptly got me set up and was helpful with any questions I had about the device/plan. 10/10 service and would highly recommend, especially for Black friday deals!!!

While I'm not here to praise virgin for their easy to understand plans or their desire to show loyal customers gratitude, I would like to praise Arfa for her patience and for walking me through all of my options in an honest and easy to understand manner. She was super friendly and helpful and took the stress out of what I find normally an unnecessarily complicated process. Thanks Arfa!!
