was looking around in the makeup isle and i have the beauty specialists" following me asking if i need help i say no they come back ask the same thing probably about 5 times NO GIRLIE POP I DONT NEED HELP"

The staff from are always extremely helpful, I have had no issues with returns or exchanges as long as you have your receipt all is good. Any time I have asked for assistance if finding a product someone has either located it for me or gone in the back to see if they have any left, always with a smile and a your welcome. A couple of times I was shopping close to closing not realizing it and instead of rushing me and being rude as I have encountered elsewhere the staff just reminded me and asked in a courteous way that I finish up, even helping me find my last few items.

Hours advetised/posted do not match actual hours open and customer service is a disappointment. I continuously have terrible customer service at this location but to today is one of the worst. I went to pick up a package, the hours for their canada post office there is supposed to be 0800-2100 it was 1900 and the employee told me he could not help me because they close at 7pm not 9pm as advertised and then he proceeds to tell me that it's Canada Posts fault.

I went to shoppers last week on Friday night and Natalie from beauty section helped me and she was so polite and kind .She helped me to match my foundation shade. And Even though all the staff members who work there are so nice i almost visit 3-4 times a week there.Keep it up everyone

Not overly pleased with a rude pharmacist who rolled his eyes at my husband and I, and then told us to go see our family dr, we would not be there to talk to a pharmacist about getting a PPI prescribed if we had a dr. He was informed that no OTC meds worked, he insisted that nexium 24hr otc med was the best he could do. It's more expensive then my prescribed pantoprazole for Gerd. We are retired on a fixed I income with no private drug plan to cover the cost of this otc med as he insisted we could do. Purchasing an OTC med which we already told him didn't work was senseless. He refused to listen or explain why he wouldn't actually prescribe a PPI med when my husband has all the symptoms of Gerd. Instead he chose to be rude roll his eyes and tell my husband in front of me go see your Dr. Very upset over his behavior we have never experienced this at this location nor have we ever seen this young man prior to today.

I contacted this Shoppers Drug Mart to inquire about getting a passport photo taken for my baby. This location does passport photos - great! Over the phone I spoke with someone who was very polite, but she told me that we do passport photos, just not for infants. We talked briefly about what it means to take a passport photo for a baby, the common strategies, and the looser restrictions on the photo (facial expression etc) for babies. I said I’d like to come in and give it a try, but she refused saying ‘we are not equipped for that’. Even after I offered to bring in my own tools (baby’s car seat and a white sheet for the background). I know that Shoppers in both Napanee and Kingston will (and have recently) taken passport photos of babies, so this just tells me that this Belleville Quinte Mall location can, but chooses not to. I’m very disappointed that this is not something they are willing to do, even when they provide the service already. I find it unfortunate that this Shoppers is wiling to make a new moms life a little more difficult. I’ll be thinking twice before giving them any of my business in the future. On the flip side, Staples in the same mall plaza was excellent with the service and was really sweet and patient with my baby, I highly recommend Staples!

Went there for one specific item and had to deal with immature and flirting high school kids when I was trying to make a quick stop for one item. Never come back. Will go out of my way to go to another Shoppers

The staff is always polite, fast, and I even got my COVID shot here. Getting my next one shortly. Always has what you need on hand, but is so overpriced.

Twice now my family has been shorted on prescription antibiotics. Then made it seem like the antibiotics weren't being used correctly. The first time I went the girls were talking about how they only had 2 bottles left, I would have been ok coming back for the rest after my child got his but to make it seem like I can't count to 5 is ridiculous.

Ongoing issue with long lines due to being coerced to use self checkout. Visit most weekends but on Saturday I finally had enough and went elsewhere. Will do the same with Loblaws chains if it gets this bad. So long shoppers, like the store but not the corporate greed.
