I was insurance shopping and this place was by fair the most expensive 3rd party insurance broker. It was 3 times the cost of just going directly to the insurance place itself.

I called to get an auto quote today, very disappointing Service was really poor from a lady named Rosemary. Right from the start of the conversation, I could sense she wasn't helpful - tone of voice and things she said to me. To top it all off, she didn't want to get me a quote because I'm not the driver and owner of the vehicle, but it's for my husband! But I'm doing all the administrative works for the both of us...?

Poor customer service. Charged me $1000 more a year then their competitors. Canceling my policy has been a nightmare, they did not receive" my cancelation form so I got charged for another month. I suggest going somewhere else unless you want to get jerked around."

Very rude staff and unprofessional people.Sandra is a rough and rude person.Signed a quote for car insurance and got a call after 4 days saying the rate will be increased by $400.Had to cancel the insurance and lost money.STAY AWAY.

I've been dealing with a major/nightmarish flood claim for the last 6 months and Kelsey has been nothing but helpful! He is very kind and responsive to questions and is more than willing to seek out the answer and get back to me if he's not quite sure, a kind of humility I am very thankful for. I lived in Calgary for 28 years of my life.I moved to Lethbridge Alberta, I have lived here for 15 years, and I still prefer to use Northgate Insurance. And don't believe I will ever change. My parents have all aspects of life insured with this great company. And I have to give a shout out for Rosemarie! She is professional, as well as insightful.

Honestly had the worse experience with Kelsey. He is not helpful at all. He refused to help me and get insurance for me. I keep calling the insurance company and they tell me I have to go through a broker, but yet Kelsey will not help me. Poor customer service.

Kelsey has helped me getting an auto insurance when other brokers and companies turned me down. He was very friendly and kindly explained me about some points that I was not very familiar of, as a newcomer to Canada. I would highly recommend Kelsey and his company to anyone who wants insurances.
