Been sitting here for 45 minutes. They haven't even acknowledged that I've checked in. This is following the exact directions of curbside pickup. (To which they don't even have signs) on their site, on Google maps says curbside pickup. I don't care how busy you are. You can't even acknowledge it? Can't even call me? Still sitting here. Still waiting.Edit: 1.5 hours later they came out with clearly the two musclemen" in case I flip out on them. Shows you the professionalism of this store."

I got 50% off a Columbia Winter Jacket and used my CT points for a bigger discount.Rule of thumb is that if you find an item that you want, just wait and check the weekly Sales as it will be on sale at some point during the year. This goes for Canadian Tire moreso than Mark's.

This place sold me some junk for boots that ripped I went returned them and the workers there were kinda non existent I don’t feel the services were met when the store was dead they knew I was there for a return because the returned boots were on the desk I had to go up and ask for someone to help me get new boots the older guy didn’t care to inform the workers I needed assistance idk if I’ll return to the clairview location..

Wonderful store for the purchase of clothing for all types of activities. Purchased an incredibly warm coat that saw me through -30C temperatures this year. Coat also comfortable in warmer temperatures. Excellent selection of quality active wear shoes which I purchased at their recent sale.

Came into the store to do some Christmas shopping and Anthony helped me find everything i was looking for, positive attitude and genuinely wanted to help, staff are very friendly and definitely will be coming here again.

Unfortunately Mark's is moving toward online only sales. For example, there are 78 styles of men's pants listed on the website, but in Edmonton the stores only have 4-9 styles in stock. When I called the help line, they said that most people shop online now so they no longer carry inventory in their stores. So if you want to try on pants before you buy them, you have to shop somewhere else. Too bad, I used to enjoy shopping at Mark's. Now I will take their recommendation and find another menswear store to deal with.

They used to be wonderful. I don't know what happened, but they have gone completely downhill!! I lost a glove I purchased there some years ago and returned to buy some new ones... nothing but garbage on the isles, all made in China; great copies but no substance. I'm done with them! Of all they had to offer,( and I purchased a lot in the past ),the quality has diminished significantly. Service is poor as well. You loose, I'll shop somewhere else..if it means on line. Something I don't want to do, but that's what's left.
