I had the pleasure of dealing with Ankit from Brick Store in 2019 when I was looking to purchase appliances for my primary house. Let me start by saying that his service was absolutely exceptional. I had done my research and visited several other stores like Canadian Appliance, Home Depot, and Best Buy in search of the best prices. However, Ankit's pricing was unbeatable. He offered me the lowest prices for all the appliances I needed, including a fridge, dishwasher, pedestal, dryer, washer, and gas range.During the delivery process, I encountered an issue with damages on my range. As soon as I informed Ankit about it, he took immediate action. He ensured that I received a $300 in-store credit for the damage to my range. It was truly impressive how quickly he resolved the issue and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. This made my shopping experience with him truly wonderful.Recently, I reached out to Ankit again when I needed to purchase appliances for my basement. As expected, he provided me with the best prices in town for an OTR, fridge, electric range, washer, and dryer. However, during the delivery from Brick, I noticed that my fridge had a dent on the lower pull drawer and my dryer had some scratches on the side. I immediately contacted Ankit about the issue, and he promptly assisted me. He arranged for the replacement of the lower drawer on my fridge and provided me with a $300 store credit for the scratches on the dryer. His willingness to help and his quick and professional responses to my messages on WhatsApp and text impressed me greatly.The only hiccup I encountered was the delayed delivery of my basement electric range. Initially, I was informed that it would be delivered in the first week of May, but later, the customer service representative notified me that it would be delayed by an additional month. I was understandably upset and shared my concerns with Ankit. To my amazement, he resolved the issue by upgrading my electric range to a higher model at no additional cost. Not only that, he made sure the delivery was scheduled for the coming Saturday. I was absolutely astounded by his commitment to customer satisfaction.Because of the outstanding service I received from Ankit, I will continue to choose the Brick Store on Coventry Rd for all my future appliance needs. I have already recommended Ankit to my friends and family, emphasizing his honesty and professionalism. If anyone requires household appliances, I will definitely refer them to Ankit without hesitation.Ankit's exceptional service, dedication to resolving issues promptly, and willingness to go above and beyond for his customers have left a lasting impression on me. I am grateful for his assistance and genuinely impressed with the level of service I received from him at Brick Store.

I went to purchase a brand-new bed, Rajiv was so helpful with all the information with all bed’s on display. We love are bed. Thank you for providing the best customer service experiences. I would recommend to my family and friends.

I got a service from Mr. Karandeep Singh from The Brick - Brampton East. We received a very good service from him. He gave us the best deal in the store. We bought a dining table and he showed us the best table that will fit in our family. If you visited this store better look for him he is a very honest and amazing person !

This store is the worst store and brick is the worst company. Last year in June I bought dining table set and sofa set from them. At that time sales person gave us fake promises that its under one year manufacture warranty and we are here to help you. In Jan 2023 I opened 2 claims with Brick as foams for whole furniture started settling down. Since Jan 2023 till today i.e. July 8, 2023 they keep saying they will fix it even my warranty period is over now. I called their corporate office too but they all are so unprofessional, first they never answer your call, if they do they have no information to pass on and never replies back to emails. In the last email I received they mentioned if by July 1 if parts not arrived they will provide me alternate solution but now in July 8, 2023 they want me to wait further more till mid of July still dates are not fixed. 7 months wait and after dealing with their worst service no solution. I would never ever go to brick and never suggest any one. I attached picture of emails as well where they said I have to wait till July 1 and second shows still want me to wait further. 7 MONTHS WAIT NO SOLUTION EXTRA STRESS TO DEAL WITH UNFOROFEASIONALS WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Rather than providing first call resolution they are making it 7 months + wait. Never go to brick and do not suggest anyone to go there. They fool customers and steals their money by giving then fake promises and cheap products. I was even attaching proof of emails where they mentioned if by July 1 I won’t receive parts they will offer me alternate solution but to google policies I am unable to do so. I paid for something that I am not happy to use due to poor quality sold by brick. I am asking for a solution after 7 months and not willing to wait for another 1 more month is fair as I already waited for a long time period. While other stores provide instant services and that is why their sale is more than brick. ZERO ZERO ZERO STAR FROM MY SIDE. I wish there is zero option. Also if anyone know how I can file complaint about them or if there is any consumer court thing please feel free to comment as they didn’t fix the things while they were in warranty and wasted my 7 months and want to do more.

Zero zero starDont even go to buy stuff from The Brick store at 24 Coventry. Store manager Gaurav didn’t provide proper service. Worst customer service. Bought furniture worth of $6000 every time received damage and have to go 3-4 times only for damage exchange.Even manager told delivery guys take cardboard and check stuff delivery time if broken or not, But when guys came for delivery They said we have no time for it. We are going to file case for getting harassment. Went back to store again to talk to Gaurav. But he told to wait for guys and they will come back.

Came home more angry than when i was physically in the store. Sales rep has zero people skills- very rude and disrespectful. They need better reps who actually know how to speak to people.Side note: Manager was very receptive to the feedback and was open to hearing my complaints. No resolution happened in store as we couldn't find the sales rep (probably went hiding) and we just left the store upset.

Absolutely ridiculous quality of service. Delivery guys damaged my doors and the new couch. They kept telling me that they will call me back FOR WEEKS. Months later and now they are telling me my property damage requests" are denied. AFTER IVE CALLED THEM.Dishonesty and lack of service from the Delivery and the office on handling this. What kind of business is this? Completely disappointed. Management was supposed to call me back and THEY NEVER DID.I don't understand how they operate like this and I'm sure I'm not the only person with this experience.They dig up the paint and frame of my front door and knocked the inner door off the hinge completely and did a terrible job fixing it. Made me sign the delivery paper then I walked around the corner and saw the damage. They refused to give me back the paperwork to take my signature off of it. The best part of the delivery is them leaving the sofas boxed up (damaged) for me to unbox.This is the unprofessional

Soon as you walk in sales agent is ready to help. Sometimes it’s a good thing sometimes it’s not. They have good deals on sofas and Tv. Sales agent I met today was very helpful. She gave me lots of options and showed me around as well. No pressure to buy. Which was fantastic. Thank you.
