BC Ferries Tsawwassen Terminal

Nice comfortable ferry to Vancouver Island. The buffet and coffee shop are closed but the food court is still open. Ton of seating and washrooms are available.

I quite enjoy travelling on BC Ferries. I take the Tsawwassen - Victoria route or the Nanaimo - West Vancouver route often. I sometimes just stay in my car and snooze. I also sometimes go on board to enjoy the food (awesome), the scenery (doubly awesome) or the shopping at the store they have. If you have questions or concerns, the ferry staff will absolutely help you. Enjoy!

Nice Modern Facility, pretty clean considering the amount of people that pass through it daily.Vending machines in the terminal and on the ferry ⛴️ are very , very overpriced so you’re probably best to bring your own snacks and food.More overpriced then the airports.

We loved the ride from Victoria to Tsawwaasen, despite it was a bit cold we were able to spend time upstairs on the deck. Lovely, clean and super friendly staff. I loved that the boat accommodates kids, people who needs to computers to work, loved the shop and the cafeteria had decent food with lots of choices.

Often easier to get space than the Horseshoe Bay terminal. Easy to get to when driving into Vancouver from the East. I like this layout more than the other ferries.

Took the ferry from Vancouver to Victoria, returning the same day.The staff were friendly and professional at the toll booths, driving on and driving off was smooth, the meals were delicious and the most polite man working behind the counter!Totally enjoyed

The Tsawassen Ferry Terminal is very well organized and signalled. Cars arriving to the terminal first check in at an over the window manned counter, check reservation that can be directly scanned from a mobile device screen or printed paper, or if no reservation has been made, you can pay directly using cash or credit card. Once you're done, you'll be given a lane number to follow for your ferry. The station can be accessed during the wait for your ferry, a call is made to drivers to get ready for boarding their vehicles on the ferry. This was our first time taking this ferry. When I was making reservations, only 3:00 and 9:00 PM were available, so I made it for 3:00. Our flight arrived on time, so we arrived at the ferry port at 1:15. We asked about taking the 2:00. He gave us a ticket and told us which numbered lane to wait. Loading went smoothly. Ride was comfortable. Food was surprisingly good (restaurant good). They have a shop, which had nice stuff (clothes were a bit pricey for us). Lots of seating, even desk cubicles for laptops. It was a beautiful day, and it was nice to relax and enjoy the views after 13 hours of traveling.

We had online reservation. Smooth experience, well organized, quick embarking & disembarking. We had car too, I was not sure how much time will it take but it was quite fast.Ferry was clean and well-maintained too. They also have wifi work stations.

A good experience. They were very quick getting us aboard the boat. Beautiful views traveling to Vancouver Island. One thing that could make the trip better is if they had more cafes on the ⛴️.. All in all a good experience.
