Place is awful. They are using the cheapest soap they can find, doesn’t clean anything. Don’t waste your money

Bays are usually clean and line ups aren't normally too terrible.Expect to pay 15-20 for a full size vehicle which includes a presoak, soap to blast off the heavy crud, foam brush which I always wash out before using.. just in case, then a wax and a quick rinse since the wax leaves spots on black paint and glass.

Probably 6worst car wash and overpriced. Nothing superior about it.the only wash ve used that requires you to hit stop button not just off button. Learned by another mistake. Dinged my credit card hard.

Great staff great experience pricing wasn’t that bad either only thing I would change is equal pressure on both sides so you can wash your trailer with two people for half the time but that’s just being picky at this point

The bays always get cleaned as soon as the person leaves the staff is super helpful, friendly and are always available. Garbages are taken out regularly and payment is super simple and there are multiple options available! The products are good and the chemicals are the best around.

Took the car to car wash and inserted money for rinse and there is no water pressure ., informed in their reception and they guy said yes that bay is down but didn’t post any sign on the bay.And asked for a refund but the guy said he is not authorized to refund and didn’t refund the money.The bays were dirty not cleaned after the vehicle left.,Very untidy inside the whole car wash areaLost the money and time

This place OVER CHARGES. I've been there twice and even though the timer says 55 seconds, it charges you $2. I used the foam brush for 3 minutes and got charged $5. The pressure of the water is good, but they're lacking some chemicals like engine cleaner and bug spray. Besides the point, I'm not going back because I don't like being ripped off.

I was there today and I had my little guy in the backseat. The coin machine wasnt working in one bay so the young guy that works there carried my mats over to a different bay for me and then was nice enough to comp my entire wash!! Very nice and I'll definitely be back to gladly spend my money here!!

Pressure is okay and its fairly clean. However the equipment seems to be failing since the foam wash and pre soak tends to take some time to initiate if not at all lacking in air pressure to be used properly. Other than that still a good place to wand wash your vehicles.

This has got to be the worst car wash in Grande Prairie. The customer service is beyond horrendous. The owner is worse that the customer service at the car wash. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and head to Wapiti Shell Car Wash.
