Mack is absolutely amazing. I’ve had 4/6 of my tattoos done by her and I cannot recommend her enough. The shop and all the artists are so kind and inviting. Great and talented people here.

My sister came from out of town and we were really wanting to get matching tattoos. I made the call and was suggested to contact an apprentice and Amy replied within minutes. Amazing work and awesome customer service/flexibility for last minute scheduling. We both are so happy with the results and appreciate everything Amy did for us. I will definitely return to finish off my butterfly tattoos and any future tattoos.

Got 5 piercings done by Sairuh in a close proximity of time; septum, nostril, both nipples, and bridge. I have terrible anxiety and they made me feel so safe and seen. She is one of the most amazing piercers I've ever had the pleasure meeting. She made all of the procedures feel easy going and natural, and walked me through everything no matter what. Her amazing assistant Levi also made me feel nothing but welcome and safe. These two are the ultimate piercing crew♡

In for a walk in ear piercing. Sairuh is very nice and very professional. Honest recommendations in the best interest of the customer. A place I feel very comfortable returning to again.

Went to Chloe for my first tattoos (3 in one sitting). She was very reassuring and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was doing okay. My tattoos turned out absolutely incredible, and even after about 3 hours straight, I was feeling great. She also helped work with my allergies to make sure that my healing process was as smooth as possible, and all three have been healing very nicely. If I decide to get more tattoos someday, I know exactly where I want to go!

few months ago i got a SICK tattoo done by mack and i love it!!! healing process was easy and not painful! during the tattoo session mack made sure i was as comfy as possible and was just over all amazing!the art 10/10the service 10/10mack 10/10def will be going back again!!!!

Got my septum pierced by Sairuh, she is sweet and professional! The individual who manages the front was also sweet, funny and kind. It made my first experience there very comfortable. I will def be back for more.
