The apartments are a dump, maintenance is almost non-existent and the lady in the office is a horrible mean person. The only saving graces are the cheap rent, the fact that the neighbours are fairly friendly and the park for kids which happens to be infested with sand wasps. I moved to Toronto early September and gave my notice for the end of the month. The day after I left with my truck, they changed my locks and removed all of my personal belongings despite the fact that I was planning on returning within a week to finish the move and clean. I lost a lot of my personal belongings with absolutely ZERO communication from the landlord. DO NO LIVE HERE! BEWARE OF THIS SLUM LORD! Lorraine is a rude and disgusting person who will put on a friendly front until the day you tell her you are moving out. I lost hundreds of dollars worth of stuff to this monster slum lord.
