I was very disappointed - they advertise as available for dental emergencies 24/7 but when I called with a lost crown, and broken molar along with pain from infection in this one tooth during the Christmas week - when they were open - I was told they are not accepting any new patients and to go elsewhere. Maybe this was because I said I wanted the molar removed, the receptionist was apologetic so I can only assume she was following directions from the clinic owners.

I came to Chu Dental years after a traumatic experience elsewhere and my experience at Chu Dental was as pleasant as wisdom teeth removal can be. Made 100% sure the freezing worked before starting and continued to work and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure, like if I needed a break, etc. I received a follow up phone call from the dentist himself the next day. Highly suggest Chu Dental!
