The vietnamese-sounding lady I spoke to on the phone truly is the worst with customer service. I can't believe how rude ahe is when i just asked a simple question about their availability for a men's haircut.

A very clean place with a warm feel to it. People were very nice and easy-going.I enjoyed the experience and will be back.

I had my hair done today n I'm very pleased with my cut n the person that did it listened to what I said n how I wanted it n he was hilarious. I'll go back.

Took my son in for a cut. The lady at reception tells me that a shampoo is included in an adults cut (my son no longer qualifies for child's cut) so okay, I'm good with it. While paying, I asked why he didn't get the included shampoo? I'm told by the stylist that you have to ask for it. What? I was clearly told, and your advertising states cut and shampoo, why do I then have to ask for it? Anyway, the stylist did a great cut, I tipped her 15% and left. But I wish that if you tell me specifically and advertise cut and shampoo, that is the service you provide. Otherwise, everything was great, competent and knowledgable stylist, hence my 4 star review.

Katelyn gave me the best haircut I've had, maybe ever! I would drive from another city to have her do my hair again

I have wavy/curly hair and i was there for the very first time to get a haircut. They assigned an asian lady to me who had no idea how to deal with curly hair. Her sweater was all covered in hair and i was grossed out by it when her arm was almost in my nose while shampooing. she didn’t even put a towel after washing my hair. For the haircut i asked for some layers and a trim to remove the dead ends, she made 7 cuts to be precise and done. She changed nothing to my hair. I appointment was done in 11 minutes! At the end of my appointment i was covered in hair, my own hair soaking wet and me with zero satisfaction. I am not even a person who writes reviews ever but this experience deserves one. Total waste of money. Avoid her at all cost.
