They came out to our salon to replace a sink and pipe work. They were super nice at first, showed up asap. To only have DISASTER the hoses where popping out and leakimg everywhere, the drain on our sink fell apart, and out sink was put it jerry rigged and looks ridiculous. When we called to see what they can do, they responded that there is nothing they can do....i wouldn't NEVER recommend this company

I will never due business with this company again. Here's why, they where called out to restore water pressure to the kitchen sink in preticular to the hot and cold water valves under the sink due to the water pressure coming from the cold water line not having enough pressure to run her Samsung Ice Maker or Water filter.What they did due was replace her sink facet and charged her almost 900.00 for that and left.Her refrigerator still cannot provide ice cold or filtered water and nor dose her ice maker work.I could of R & R'd the sink facet myself and saved her 900.00..

Some home repairs and maintenenace are painful...but necessary. If you are faced with plumbing issues don't call anyone other than Silvana Plumbing. They are reachable by phone, return calls, show up on time and confirm information. Don't trust anyone other than Silvana Plumbing!

I've been thru a lot of plumbers and finally found Silvana Plumbing, thank goodness! I had to have a kitchen sink replaced and thanks to their expertise, they were able to work around the shoddy work done in the first place. I HIGHLY recommend this family owned business!!!!

Wow! was blown away by their service. Called several plumbers in the area for a list of problems with my house. Two never returned my calls. One told me without seeing it. it could be in the thousands of dollars. They promptly returned my call on a weekend and scheduled me for service. They provided an estimate after looking at the work and proceeded to fix all my issues. I was amazed at how fast and efficient they worked. Then to top it off the bill was about 500 dollars less than the estimate (overall bill less than 600.00). I will not hesitate to use them again. I just wish i called them sooner.

I called Silvana Plumbing because we were out of hot water. The man I spoke to explained he was booked out for a couple weeks but took the time to ask questions about what was happening. Long story short, it was only a thermostat which I replaced myself on his advice. Could not be happier. Sending them a check for making my day even though there was no bill. As to BBB ratings another reviewer mentioned, I looked them up myself and there were no complaints listed. They have been in business for 33 years for crying out loud.
