They repaired the front end of my car in a timely and urgent manner, as I could not drive it much down the highway in the shape that it was in for safety reasons. They were friendly and pleasant. The cost was reasonable. They were open and honest and provided updates, in a timely manner. I recommend them to everyone!

I highly recommend Cowichan Collision. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. I was dealing with a warranty issue (peeling paint) on my three year old car, which the dealer was stalling on but finally, they agreed to pay for the bad paint job. The staff here supported me during this two month fight and in the end, my car looks brand new again. Thank you to all the staff at Cowichan Collision.

I caught the front end piece of my car on a cement curb while backing up. I had to remove the piece as it was unsafe to drive. A friend recommended Cowichan Collision for the repairs. I made an appointment to have the piece put back on so I was able to drive the car. Turns out the piece was attached better than when the car was new. I offered to pay for the work they did and they declined payment saying they were community minded and no payment was required. I wish to thank them again.Sincerely Ken BittnerPS I will definitely be returning to them for any collision repairs if and when they are needed.

Great shop. After my car got sideswiped while parked I needed to use my car insurance for the first time and they handled everything. Got in a full month sooner than the other shops. Pretty much took care of everything and sorted me out with a rental car at no cost for 2 weeks. My car is back to the way it was before like nothing ever happened.
