​​My wife and I, and our daughter (and my wife’s whole family), have been getting our glasses from Tony at C Opticians for years, and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.C Opticians has a great selection of frames, and Tony, the owner, always helps us pick out the perfect frames; we always leave feeling like we got exactly what we wanted.Tony’s always super patient with us and gives us great advice on what will look good. We never feel rushed or pressured;Tony is super friendly and always takes the time to answer all our questions. We feel like we're hanging out with a buddy instead of shopping for glasses.If you need glasses, go to C Opticians and see Tony. We recommend this place to everyone we know.

10 out of 5!Tony is the most accommodating person I’ve ever met. He was always willing to make himself available to assist with any questions or needs I may have had.This was my first time coming to his optical and I don’t regret it, and I know where my family will be returning in the future.Very kind and provides an honest and real opinion which what we want when making a splurge on glasses/sunglasses. He’s so educated on brands and what’s trending, you’ll want him on your side.Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for luxury brands and luxury, kind and honest service. I wish I could offer 10 stars to this business.

Wow, what an amazing experience. Was sort of confused when I first walked into their new office space. But loved the personal attention when buying my new glasses that Yash & Tony provided. Was so happy with this whole new experience of buying glasses.. Would highly recommend C! If you’re in the market for new glasses.

Absolutely love my Lindbergs. Recently visited this shop to get my very first pair of pregressive eye glasses. Getting old sucks but I felt great because the staff here helped me pick out an excellent pair of Lindberg glasses. I see like I was 20 years younger. Service and product was great. Going back for my wife's glasses in a few months. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Tony (the owner) knows his stuff. I've been buying my glasses with him for more than a decade... probably the only store that I use daily, considering I'm always wearing my glasses. Great selection and eye (no pun intended) for style. I also get my prescription Oakley's through him, which I love. Recommend!

I cannot say enough about Tony and the staff at C Opticians. From the minute you arrive their service is spectacular! I believe I tried 25 pairs of glasses on before I found THE ONE. They didn't rush us, answered all of our questions and ensured we were happy with our choice. They offer so many high brands and they are the current season. Happy to have this wonderful GEM at Sherway. Thank you Tony for always going over and above for your clients.

Had a best customer service experience at C Opticians. I was assisted by Tony, who really went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He was very friendly, engaging, professional and patient. Tony also has great taste and will give good advice on what suits your face shape, He picked the perfect frames that suit my personality that enhanced my facial features. I had a ok experience with Tony. Tony clearly knows glasses as he's been doing it for years and made some adjustments to get me a good price on high end X series prescription lenses. There is a lot of little attention to detail and being nice and all. Thanks for that. :)However Tony may also come off a little overconfident and belittling in subtle ways - something, I think he should work on.Ex1: I was bluntly told I'm doing it wrong" when asking about general prices upfront / shopping around for a particular brand. This created a sense that I don't know what I'm talking about with a push to visit in person (a classy sales tactic).Ex2: When picking up the glasses I was asked for feedback on how they felt. This being my first time with progressive lenses some adjustment was clearly to be expected. Nevertheless as I tried to share my experience with the new lenses
