When I moved here I found the staff very welcoming. Then as I was settling and having some questions and finding stuff that I wanted done they are very accommodating. I found it really quiet and peaceful with once in a while noice of celebration which is part of life and it was not everyday so it didn’t bother me much. The suites are roomy . Staff are good at maintaining the cleanliness in and out of the building. I like the added swimming pool and gym . I can even have some company to use them . Staff are friendly, helpful , approachable and always wearing a smile what else you can ask for? You can even have pets and neighbours are nice. If you want to live life come move here and live it. I highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I have been residing at Edgemont Heights since November 2019. Upon leaving our previous apartment (which had zero landlord-tenant interaction), we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the staff, and given a detailed tour of the suite and the complex itself.We were pleased to see how clean and well-maintained our spacious new suite was. Apart from the slightly outdated cupboards and bathroom, we had brand new kitchen appliances, a large walk-in storage closet, and a balcony for our friendly dog to poke his nose out. For a mid-sized dog such as ours, he has no issues with space in our one-bedroom apartment. We were given a helpful trouble-shooting package on our move-in day to aid in any plumbing or appliance-related issues if maintenance were not available, as well as a run-down of local stores and conveniences.Included with your tenancy at Edgemont Heights is full access to a pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym. With how well-maintained and tidy the hallway and entrances are, you feel like you are living in a hotel. The maintenance staff do an excellent job of up-keeping the spotless aesthetic, and are always happy to greet the tenants whenever you pass them by. If you are touring this apartment complex and are a little uncertain based on the old-school appearance of the hallways, please keep in mind that this does not reflect the condition of the suites, and how attentive and welcoming the staff are. If we had one small criticism, the after-hours key for the gym does not allow users to pass through the pool area after it is closed. With that in mind, if you reside on the south section of the complex as we do, you are required to briefly walk outdoors to access the gym, which is a minor inconvenience in the winter time.During our tenancy, we had only one instance of an unexpected entry by the staff, who were nonetheless professional and apologetic. They had a legitimate reason for an emergency short-notice entry because of a water leak underneath our suite, and we had no problem allowing the staff to inspect what was required.In further mention of the maintenance staff, we would like to forward a big thank you to Dennis, who spent time boosting our vehicle on the coldest day in Saskatoon this winter when it refused to start in the morning. This goes to show that the friendly and helpful presence of the management staff is extended into their maintenance employees as well.All in all, for a very reasonable price and different-sized suites based on your needs, you cannot go wrong with Edgemont Heights due to its fully-loaded amenities and wonderful staff. We would recommend this building to anybody looking for a comfortable home and an above-and-beyond tenant experience.Paulina and David

We like our suite, it's much nicer than our last place, and very clean. The team does a lot to maintain the building. The surrounding community is something to be aware of, the price is fair for the value but needs to remain steady. Train is not loud but you feel it, pool is under maintenance a lot, people are nice in the building and we appreciate living here.

It's October and these predators won't turn the heat on for love nor money, My 85 Year old mother is nearly bedridden with severe arthritis, waking up in an apartment with temps in the mid-teens is causing her a lot of pain. Do not rent here if you want to stay warm!

The apartment was very clean when we moved in and the management made sure virtually everything required to ensure a smooth settling in was in place...

my roommate and I moved in this summer and we love it so far. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was a huge selling point for us and we love our unit. all our neighbors are friendly and quiet.The halls and lobby are always clean and maintained. the office staff are very kind and friendly they respond to concerns quickly and are very approachable. any maintance requests we have put in have been dealt with within the week. our hallway had a notice of inspection since we moved in wich actually impressed us since there seems to be regular checks for pests and to make sure the units are clean I wish all apartments did that!the pool, gym and community garden boxes is such a great way to create a sense of community between your neighbors and being pet friendly are all outstanding perks that make me thrilled to call edgemont home.there are however some things that could be improved upon. mailboxes are broken into regularly and I've come home to the inner door not actually locking so people without keys can just get building access. that really concerns me, HOWEVER when I informed the office they had the issue dealt with quickly. I'd still love to see the locks replaced on the front doors and for the elevator to be cleaner and better maintained. the wall beside the buttons is desperately in need of a cleaning and paint job but that's purely a cosmetic fix.all in all though complaints are minor. I love my experience with edgemont so far and I look forward to calling it home for years to come!

By far the best Apartment I've ever lived in(check my other reviews for my experience with Avenue Living) . The staff here are amazing, and very responsive to concerns and questions. The maintenance team as well is fantastic, and fix issues super fast. The apartments are nice and roomy, and a pool and covered parking are a super nice bonus.What I think makes Edgemont and the staff there special is they are the first landlords I've ever had that actually seem to care. They always post community things and newsletters, and are always friendly. Even small things like putting up Christmas trees in December make the place feel like home.Only complaints I have is the building itself is older, and the kitchens are really outdated. But Edgemont constantly has been upgrading and repairing the building since I moved in two years ago(new rugs, new paint jobs in the stairwells, repaving the parking lot) so it keeps getting better!Highly recommend this place

I recently just moved into Edgemont Heights and I already really like it here. In my opinion everybody is really friendly. The property is very well maintained and taken care of. The office staff are really nice friendly and helpful. Especially Dele if it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't be a resident in here. He was so kind and helpful to help with with the online stuff and couple of times I told him he deserves and raise its definitely true I hope this place stays as awesome as it is right now in the future I can definitely see myself grow old here.
