Wow. I can't believe how rude one of their staff members were. Still in shock. Maybe someone needs their morning coffee.

I've been getting my prescriptions here for 20 years now and I will always come to this pharmacy as long as I can! Rob and his staff are very helpful and kind. Cathy stocks the gift shop portion of the store with lots of interesting items. Again, great staff and great service!

Always the best! The nicest most helpful owner and staff. We get all our meds and many gifts from the IDA and most recently, we both had our Covid Vaccination shots done by Rob. But the best experience was taking our two grand daughters to receive their first pediatric covid vaccinations at the IDA. Both Rob and Kathy were so kind and warm and patient with the two girls. Highly recommend the IDA for everything!

This store not only looks after my everyday pharmacy needs, it has an incredible stock of interesting, intelligent, creative, and beautiful things to buy. You won’t go in here without finding something perfect for someone. Best gift ideas, and awesome learning tools for kids.

Service is quick, reliable, and average in regard to client relations. They aren’t unfriendly, but they have their days where it just seems like there’s a lot going on behind the counter and don’t have time to smile or explain prescriptions thoroughly.They really know how to organize their blister pack schedules to ensure their clients stay on-track with their medications.Although, I went to pick up antibiotics one day and asked if my blister pack was also ready so that I could get them both at the same time. I was quickly told that it wasn’t ready and to check back tomorrow. Therefore, I went to pick up my antibiotics and then returned the next day for my blister pack. Apparently my blister pack had been ready for a few days already and they were wondering when I was going to pick them up, despite being told yesterday that it wasn’t ready and I would have to come back. I’m not sure if there’s much communication behind the counter, but thankfully this doesn’t happen too often and overall, I don’t expect amazing client-relations at the pharmacy.If you’re looking for quick, reliable, and “friendly-enough” service, this is the place to go. Definitely a solid option for a pharmacy that is truly in the heart of Stouffville!
