I'm honored to make the first review of this outstanding business. My PC power source broke down, and Mr. Horton took the desktop same day. By the time I had gotten home, he had already diagnosed the problem and called to inform me of the issue, and the charge for labor and parts was very reasonable. I retrieved my PC the following morning. Mr. Horton then assisted me in setting my PC back up over the phone, and everything is working fine. From dropping off my PC to picking it up, the process was under 18 hours. I am very pleased with the timely service, flexibility, convenience, and prices charged. I heartily recommend this company to anyone having PC issues in the northern and central Champlain area.
