These guys are top notch, plain and simple. Very professional and highly qualified. I’m a pretty picky guy (for a homeowner) and was such a relief working with someone I could trust to do it right. I only called them because my usual plumber was unavailable, but I’m going straight to Island West from now on!

Craig repaired our natural gas fireplace and converted a propane heater to natural gas. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use these guys again to maintain my home heating system.

Thank you, for your quality service and expertise. All of our problems solved so well and with professionalism. Replaced instant water heater, reset thermostat, reprogrammed water heater controls to be user friendly. Added expansion tank and air eliminator for instant water heater connected to furnace that uses heated water. Installed drain pan and piping to drain under constant water pressure pump. Gave advice on furnace modulation problem. Pleasure to know you!

Stuart and the team at Island West are professional and conscientious. If they were going to be late for an appointment they always called. They had to work in the snow and cold to set up the heat pump and crawl under the house to run some of the electrical and ducting. Stuart always had time to answer questions. Island West was also the most competitive in their bidding for our project. We highly recommend them.

Stuart installed a new 12 volt powered sump pump and reconfigured our existing 120 volt system so that the sump will be drained reliably. He arrived on time and completed the work according to budget and schedule. The system worked well during our recent power outage so we are very satisfied!

Awesome service from Stuart. Very professional, punctual, polite and friendly. Easy to get an appointment first thing in the morning. He even took time to answer questions about my water heater that were unrelated to the actual work. Beautiful job and would love to call you again if needed!

Island West installed a heat pump and took away our oil tank during a cold snap and made sure to get the job done ASAP. Craig and Stu knew our toddler would be cold and they worked over the weekend to get our house toasty and warm. And they made sure to tidy up which we really appreciated! Give them a call :)

I called several plumbers when my basement was flooding due to clogged drain pipe near the street connection. Only Island West was available and came over within 2 hours. Excellent communication on letting me know when he would arrive and cleared the roots in the pipe very fast! Totally impressed with with his professionalism and highly recommend them!!!
