We’ve been going to Jindal for a number of years now to service our own appliances as well as our rental suite appliances. They are reliable and provide service with quick turnarounds. The technician who does repairs is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He’s always provided us with good advice when we needed to decide repairing vs. replacing.

Our washer had to be replaced suddenly. Jindal had the model we were looking for. Service at the store and the delivery was top notch.

I needed a replacement handle for my dishwasher. After calling around, I decided to go with Jindal because they said they could have it in two days. However, when I called back to place the order, they said it would take two weeks. I placed the order anyway, over the phone with my credit card. After three weeks were up, I still didn’t get the item. I called them weekly from that point on and each time they said it was on back order. After three months of this, I told them I wanted a refund. They said they couldn’t do the refund over the phone and that I would have to come in, even though they were able to take my visa over the phone for the initial purchase. The next day after the conversation, they called to say they could get the item from a different place, but it would cost me an extra $12.99. I decided to look around on my own instead of getting it from them. I found it, ordered it and had it in two days and it cost me $10 less than what Jindal was charging me. I had to go in to the store for my refund, which was inconvenient and I think, unnecessary. I will never do business with this company again.

Excellent communication skills. Fast, honest and professional service. Skilled technician fixed our washer quickly and the ice machine in our fridge which other repair technician couldn't fix. Very reasonably priced. Will recommend to all our friends. Thank you.

This family run appliance repair and sales goes above and way beyond to provide amazing customer service. They really care for their customers and community. I had the pleasure of dealing with both Raj's and had a great experience with them. I highly recommend this business for anything to do with appliances - their courtesy, kindness and professionalism can't be beat. Went down my Dryer and contact this Shop thru Marketplace.Came down to me was Raj the father whom i spoke with over the phone.Brought the parts right away, troubleshoot and replace the broken parts.Very quick, professional and customer relation is top notch.Highly recommended.Thank u Raj

Ask for Raj, super honest dude. He won’t lie and isn’t out for money, just wants to help people. Most will say you need extra parts and charge a lot, but he was honest and fixed our oven and didn’t make bogus claims

Excellent service and reasonable prices. Technician very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained things well and made sure we were satisfied. Very responsible response to covid 19 protocols too. We are very pleased with our experience. It stood out from other company we used in the past who was all about making higher dollars.
