The clinic doctor and staff are all very helpful and courteous. Dr Shirpak was informative in advising what medications and vaccines are needed for travel destinations, and very respectful in leaving the decision up to you. Highly recommended.

Dr Khosro Shirpak, was absolutely amazing. She assisted my wife, our friends, and myself. She gave great advice and she was very thorough. She explains everything very well and prices are fair. There were vaccines that we were told we had to take, but she explained how they weren’t necessary. Very, very happy with her service.

Horrible experience at this travel clinic. They scheduled me in for an appointment and then when I got there, they said they didn’t see any appointments scheduled for me. Did not take any accountability or apologize until I spoke up about how frustrating this was. They lack a basic level of communication and are extremely disorganized.EDIT:They called me the next day and mentioned that they had my information down and somehow forgot to book me. They did apologize profusely and acknowledged that it was their mistake. They offered to waive the consultation fee if I was still willing to come in. I said yes and came in today. Rosa was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. They must’ve just had a very stressful/busy day previously which I understand and am glad that they called back to apologize and take responsibility for the mistake. Overall, I had a good experience and would come back for any future travel needs.
