Mr. Lube + Tires

Mr Aman serviced my car, and he provided excellent service, and as far as the customer service is concerned, it was outstanding. I was provided with extra knowledge. I'm gunna come back here specifically for my next service for the car.

Awesome service… fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Brought my other car a couple months ago and now came back with 2nd car… definitely will use them again. Highly recommend!

Jaymin he was truly a fantastic person to do his job, he helped me more than what I asked for free... I recommend you go to them for any question about cars ore for help.. they are really helpful and small jobs don't even pay you.

Went in for a simple oil change. I was talked in to getting the Durashield undercoating for $140. I expressed that I don’t really want it, but they pushed and I unfortunately listened.I am now being told by my mechanic that I absolutely did NOT need it at this time of year because with this heat it will likely soften up and drip off.I am regretting coming to Mr Lube. Next time when a customer says no, just accept it. I feel like I was scammed.

I had a wonderful experience here - particularly with Gursahib. He is explained everything clearly, was conscious of time and my budget. They are really awesome here and very patient. Highly recommend coming here for any of your oil change needs - they are awesome.

Absolutely unprofessional services from these guys. I had my car serviced from there recently and immediately had an issue with my engine. Had to tow the car into the dealership and had it inspected. Turns out the injectors gave out and the technician from the dealership indicated it was because of the poor quality of filters and oil they were using on my vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend it for anyone. After the issue, they also refuse any claim and compensation to the customer. Would never come back.

Came here for an oil change and was offered a transmission flush.BIG MISTAKE.It started leaking before I even left the shop. I heard a loud cranking noise when they started the job. Then I had to put transmission into gear twice (if things are done right, it wouldn't need a second test). As I pulled out of the garage, a tech checked my car bottom again and asked me to drive back into the shop because they need to spray the oil residue during the flush. They then asked me to come back to check the transmission oil again after a few days because the level might change during the first couple hundred kilometers. When I drove home, I noticed a streak of oil following my car on the driveway.It was a disaster from start to finish as I have now wasted my Sunday waiting for the issue to be fixed. I will give negative stars if I could. Car is now staying overnight in the shop so they can take it to dealership tomorrow for service.

Came here for what I thought was a simple oil change… next thing I knew they ripped my car apart and my bill was $800.00. They argued that my car needed a new this and that. And when I said no they got agitated and kept pushing to get me to agree to any upgrade. As a 20 year old woman who knows nothing about cars, I was their perfect victim. They charged me way over the average price for an oil change. Charged me extra for an engine flush and friction shield?! Would not recommend coming here. If I could give zero stars I would, unfortunately the lowest you can give is one star. I’ve never had this happen to me at other garages just to get an oil change.Absolutely pathetic Mr. Lube. You should be ashamed for taking advantage of your customers. Nothing but fraud.

Don't get me wrong. Mr. Lube is great when you're really desperate and have no one else to go to, but they monopolize on the weak who know nothing. Go to a real mechanic and they'll tell you all about it. When they start telling you everything that's wrong and you just got the car brand new. They will do everything to up charge you. A lot of the things you can do yourself, but they'll just throw a bunch of mambo jumbo and you're stuck with a $300-500 bill. Then they'll say I'll take off 10 dollars for you.
