I was very disappointed we went yesterday to see The Little Mermaid the seats were comfortable. I ordered extra butter on my popcorn and all I can taste was the oil not butter. The ticket was only $8 a person but I had to pay $8 for parking since the movie was a little over 2 hours. I don't think I'll be going back

Had a great night out, same price as the others theatre. Less people. Love the seats free parking here .parking in the mall when I scan your ticket

Pathetic. We came to movie for night show, and the show started around 20 minutes late. The screen got stuck while running the show. And there is no proper interval schedules. They restarted the show for continuity however it’s not easy to watch again at late night… totally disappointing… we won’t visit again and we won’t recommend to anyone… thank you

They stopped doing weekday showings which was disappointing since that was the only time we could go in peace. Terrible crowds every time we come, with the most obnoxious, disrespectful people disrupting the movie. The workers won’t do anything about it since the theater is losing money and wants anyone they can get to attend these showings. Frequent technical difficulties and they don’t seem to know how to take off the screen covering correctly because it covers part of the screen during the movie (specifically theater 2). The owner of this specific location is aggressive and rude. We tried to get tickets replaced for a future screening due to yet another disruptive person and she kept saying we couldn’t get a refund when we never once asked for our money back. On top of that, the popcorn tastes dirty. The ONLY draw to this place is the seats, and it doesn’t make up for the terrible experience we have every single time. Now that weekday showings (the only time we could hope for a small, quiet audience that won’t ruin the movie for us) are gone, I don’t expect to return here anymore.

Ladies' washroom could've used more regular cleaning, more lighting at the end of the row of stalls and maintenance on their sinks. The trash bin was overflowing, which if staff went in and emptied twice a shift, it would be no issue. It's a massive bin so I'm not sure how it gets so full.

This place takes movie theatre experience to a whole new level. The chairs are insanely comfortable such makes you feel like your watching it in some millionaires entertainment room. The prices for food booze snacks and drinks are comparable to the other theatre. It's a much smaller theatre then it's competitors. It's very clean and the staff are excellent!

So... it was my first time here. The movie in theater 1 was about 25 minutes late to start. The picture kept going black while the audio continued to play, and the lights came back on while the pre show started over. Pre-show started over again for a 3rd time while the lights stayed on, and then it skipped straight to the movie. Lights are now on while the movie has started. Same black picture with audio. Several times, then it just stopped. We sat for 1 hour and 15 minutes without anyone from the theater staff coming to explain anything. We finally gave up and asked for a refund. They gave us passes to a future movie instead of a refund. Hopefully, they will fix this issue as we would like to go back again. The chairs are quite comfortable and are actual recliners with ample room. Snacks are the same as other theaters. Would rate 2.5 stars instead as I was told this was an anomaly. Would change my rating if next time goes better.

I took my family here to watch a movie a couple months back. Mid movie, my daughter had to use the restroom. While she is in the stall and I'm waiting for her by the sink, an adult male employee walks right in. I was shocked and was looking at him and he continued to empty the garbage but fully came into the women's washroom. Um, NO! I don't care that he wanted to change the garbage. AT NO TIME should any male be entering the women's washroom while there are females in there. Good thing I was in there waiting for my daughter, it made me very uncomfortable. Get a female employee to do that or wait until the theatre is closed or close the washroom so no one is in there. Women/girls should feel safe using the washroom. I was beyond angry this guy didn't even say sorry, nothing at all, just stared at me. I told the manager who apologized but it doesn't matter. Women need to feel safe and nowadays having a man walk right into a women's bathroom is not okay while women are in there. What a creep. Theatre itself is good, chairs recline and are relaxing. Popcorn is good. Poorly managed and this guy was lucky I didn't go off on him, no common sense or respect for women feeling safe.

I've never ever experienced such comfort in a theatre in my life. I will always come back here. Parking was great too I didn't have to pay for it. Tickets were affordable. Seating was amazing. Service was amazing. Thank you for the wonderful date night.

It was not the best experience. I bought tickets online, and I didn't receive the email. I talked to 4 people before someone could help me find my tickets in the system. My recliner didn't work, although I was able to move to the next one because no one was sitting in it, so that worked out.Me and my date had to pay to park at the mall. I paid $4.00 and he paid $ 10.00 (because he was there longer).It used to be free on weekends, and it seems it no longer is. I know the parking lot of the mall isn't the cinemas doing, but I would have thought they would have some kind of system for their customers to validate and compensate for the parking fees.I don't know if I'll go there again anytime soon. We have cineplex that plays some of the same movies. So unless they have a movie that the cineplex doesn't have, then I may go.
