this storeon on 4th is the best of 3 I tried toget answers from. #1 made me spend $10 more. #2 was the worst who gave the runaround including his ignorance, #4 gave me the answer in 1 minute only because of a trainee who knew his stuff . I think his name GazA? and hw deseves a promotion.

Marc helped me today with my new phone and plan. He was nice enough to help hold desired phone I wanted for me when there was a shortage of iphone around the city. He also walked me through all options available on plans and spent quite some time finding me a number I liked. I cannot be happier with the service I received from this store today. Highly recommend this store to anyone.

I highly recommend this store! We are seniors and were served by an excellent technician named Corey at the 4th Avenue store in Vancouver. This energetic young guy was very approachable, highly knowledgable and was full committed to meeting our phone, tablet and accessory needs. This kind of service keeps us loyal Telus customers. Marc was knowledgeable, patient and professional throughout the process to sign us up a new package of many Telus services from internet and mobile to landline and advice on Apple Watch activation.

If I could give zero stars I would…condescending attitude if you don’t upgrade for a faulty phone. Significant gas lighting to customers to get them out of the store…incredibly pathetic. Marc was the worst person to deal with, when did Koodo remove their toll free number for clients?? You have to schedule a call back through your phone through a phone call and then through text or online through chat…what about the people who don’t text and can’t wait 2 business days for a call back?!?! Worst effing company!!

After disinterest at my local Telus store on Robson Street store I was in Kits and stopped in for help. Marc was available and listened to my needs before giving suggestions and pricing. My contract was up this week so I booked an appointment and went back today. Once again Marc’s knowledge and customer service was excellent. This convinced me to stay with Telus, bought a new phone and upgraded the plan.Telus needs more Marc’s!

I’ve been to this location a couple times and can’t say enough nice things about the staff. The woman who helped me was really friendly and knowledgeable, it was a great experience.

#1 for Excellent service - top notch staff - in particular lakhan Sharma who helped me out on Sunday when I found out my Telus account had been hacked. I went in, he calmly listened and clarified what the situation was - put notes in my file and in a short time of leaving, after he had done everything he could to help me out - I received a call to let me know Telus was sorting the situation out. This was after I couldn’t get a live person on the phone originally and the message said it would be 24 hours to 48 hours before anyone would call. I’m so glad my instinct told me to go to the West 4th Telus store - they were open on a Sunday and everytime I’ve been in there it’s been great service and friendly staff. This time it was really serious and scary but Lakhan totally calmed me down and got things underway to get my account looked at and locked down from further hacking damage. What a relief! I told all my friends! Thank you Lakhan and West 4th Telus
