A great addition and flavors to the New North End. Santiago’s has wonderful service, cocktails and a good variety of beverages and the dishes - appetizers to main dish to dessert are so delicious. We enjoyed the Chicharones, fried plaintain chips as starters. On our two visits, we had the Cubano, Roasted Pork / Lechon Plate, Roasted Chicken / Pollo Asado Plate, Cuban beef hash. All perfectly cooked and flavorful. For dessert we enjoyed the flan and guava pastry.Worth ordering from or coming in for dinner.

Santiago's has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat in Burlington. The food is prepared beautifully, the vibe is festive and the staff are very welcoming, and the cocktails are unique and delicious! We're looking forward to many more meals there.

If I could give more stars, I would! I've ordered from Santiago's a few times, and the food is fantastic. It's clear a lot of passion goes into making the meals. Authentic Cuban/Puerto Rican food is poorly represented the Burlington-area food scene - until now. Easy online ordering. Convenient curbside pickup. I hope this new business goes far.

We went the other night and had so much fun! Staff was awesome and the food and drinks were even better! The hibiscus cosmo was amazing! We got the roasted pork and it was full of flavor and the rice was perfectly cooked! Great prices too! We will be coming back to Santiago's and bringing friends.

Best cubano I’ve had outside NYC/Miami - my wife had the chicken plate and was very happy. The sangria was lovely and all the sides were well prepared with quality ingredients. Servers and host were all warm and welcoming. Extra points for the classic Mercedes parked beside the outdoor seating. This will definitely be a staple for takeout and low key date nights!

A great Cuban sandwich is hard to find. Panera bread wishes they had 1/10 of the taste you get from Santiago’s. The food is authentic. Vermont’s only true Cuban restaurant. I live in Gettysburg Pennsylvania and I will gladly Tavel here again just for the food. It’s a must have if you are in the area for business or pleasure. I give 5 stars for the authentic preparations of their dishes.

Ordered takeout and food was amazing, you're not getting authentic Cuban style food anyplace else in the area. It was so good I forgot to take pictures before we ate it all. It looked clean and nice inside plus drinks being made at bar looked great. One of the owners talked with me while I waited for just a minute to have food packaged up beyond time supposed to be ready. Next time we'll definitely be dining in and bringing others with us to join in on this goodness.

Wanted to like this place. I miss authentic Latin food. But paying $12 for a Cubano and not getting any side is a little outrageous. Had I known, I would've not ordered them through a delivery app. I mean, they could throw in a handful of chips at the very least.Also, the Tres Leche, while the best I've had in VT, still leaves a lot to be desired. Especially at $5 each...

Seriously delicious Cuban food! Absolutely loved the lechon and the beef hash, and the cuban sandwich was my favorite I’ve had in a long time. Drinks are super good too. Will definitely be a regular spot for me!
