We can't thank Ms. Jung and United Notary enough! We had a complicated home purchase from a difficult builder that only gave us 10 days notice for completion and an incorrect occupancy permit. To top it off, our bank made us fill out extra forms and jump through hoops. United Notary was able to organize everything, explain all the paperwork to us, and deal with the tight timelines. Jung Mi helped us with a land title transfer and she made the process smooth and easy. She was clear with payment & listed what was involved and the fee for each part, without any pressure to commit. I liked how out of all the notaries we have used, she was the most responsive. Jung Mi always asked us if we have any questions after she explained each form, to make sure we understand completely what we were signing.

Had a will done with Jung. I was in a hurry , but got an appointment the next day. A few days after it was ready to sign and pick up. I am sure her had to go out of her way to do it so fast, since it was a long weekend. She made me feel comfortable about a subject not always easy to talk about . She was very professional, did excellent work and her price was great . I did some research before going to her. I would highly recommend her and would use her again for any notary work .

She guided us through the whole process and was able to put together our wills in a short space of time before my husband had to fly overseas.
