We have been customers of this location for quite some time. EVERY SINGLE TIME we try to call in prescription refills, we sit on hold for over 20 minutes. I have gone in the store, while on hold, and witnessed the pharmacy not busy in the slightest. They just choose not to answer their phone. By far the worst experience with this location. Highly recommend if you would like to refill medications in a timely fashion to go to another location. It seems to just be the pharmacy part. I have no complaints about the rest of the store. The staff working in the rest of the store is amazing and helpful! Avoid the pharmacy!!

It would be nice if on a Sunday they would answer their phone. Other than that I don’t really have any other problems. They need to fix the Sunday problem though yes I know there’s not very many people working on a Sunday but please answer your phone when people call to get. Refilles.

I went there several times but every time , I met the rude staff especially at Canada post. We went there to make a draft but we didn't knew about the requirements as we are the new students in Canada. That lady told us that she will not provide draft anymore unless we paid them 7 or 8 dollars may be for the draft but the bank charge are less nearly 3 or 4. She refused to provide papers in the future. Second time, I went there to pick my parcel and she said did u fill the address incorrectly that's why this box is here. For next time fill it correctly. One lady at the reception was also rude. I am also a GSA but I never deal my customers like this. Worst service .

It took them 5 days to fill my prescription and it was still wrong. I called them to ensure it would be ready yesterday and was told it would be good to be picked up yesterday evening. This afternoon, I spent 40 mins waiting for them to fill my prescription, 5 days after they received it. They texted me it was ready while I was sitting right in front of them. So I got into a lineup of 6 more people. Nobody at the pharmacy cared at all.

Pharmacy staff lie to you about having children's advil. I recommend going rexall. I do not feel like having a dishonest pharmacist is a good thing, I will be getting my medication elsewhere

Have now 2 months in a row been told my sons prescription would be ready on said date. I give them a couple days to make sure it’s done (since they never have it done when they say they will) go in or call and it hasn’t been even sent through or ordered. He’s on special formula due to allergies and dietary restriction and needs this formula to upkeep his weight. I order well before he’s expected to run out and they never have it ready for me when he is down to the last of his final can. Beyond annoyed.. this time it’s been Over a week since the prescription was sent in, call today and hadn’t even sent it off to be ordered. Very frustrating when it’s something your child NEEDS to eat. This location has gone downhill when it comes to their pharmacy department, not impressed in the least.

I went to get my second Covid-19 dose in September. Their website showed they had vaccines available and were providing injections, so I called and confirmed over the phone they were available and providing injections that day. I drove all the way to the pharmacy and waited in line behind only ONE woman. Unfortunately, that woman seemed to have a lot of questions and ended up taking over 15 minutes to speak with the representative. I did not mind as I was happy to wait if it meant getting my vaccine. Once the woman had been assisted, the representative walked away as if I wasn’t even there... After waiting over 15 minutes, I waited another 5 minutes for someone to finally come over and assist me - which ended up being the pharmacist. I was incredibly polite and let him know I was there for my vaccine and was met with an attitude immediately. He said they are no longer offering injections… I explained that I had confirmed with a representative earlier in the day that vaccines would be available, had driven quite a ways to receive my second dose, and had now waited over 20 minutes in line. The pharmacist interrupted me and proceeded to raise his voice at me, telling me that things have changed and they are too busy to give vaccines (might I mention that in the entire 20 minute wait, only one other person lined up behind me - there was never more than 3 people in the line throughout the entire time I was there). At this point, I was quite disappointed - not only because I wouldn’t receive my vaccine, but because the pharmacist had been so rude about it. I kindly asked the pharmacist if he could check if any pharmacies in the surrounding area had vaccines available for injection that day as I had driven quite a ways. The pharmacist responded loudly “Did I not just tell you we’re busy? That is a complete waste of my time, I’m not doing that”. At that point, I turned around and left before I said something I would regret... The service I received was so incredibly disgusting that I genuinely cannot understand how that man has a job. I understand you are busy, but I am a customer, just like the woman in front of me who was helped for 15 minutes with no one telling her they were too busy. There were other pharmacy assistants standing around and chatting while he was trying to tell me they are too busy to provide a vaccine in the middle of a global pandemic. Just a complete and utterly terrible experience. I highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy at all costs.
