Came into the Dundas store and Brooke was so helpful and knowledgeable on the product. So personable. Told her of our issue with expired lube that we purchased a long time ago here (our mistake, as we did not check the bottle). She was very empathetic and made sure we got a new bottle that was not expired. She definitely makes everyone feel comfortable in the store. Thanks Brooke!!
