I think this may be the first review I have ever left on Google and I'm doing it because it is well deserved. I have been going to Billy with my car for 3 years now. Billy goes above and beyond for me every single time I go there. He knows I am on a tight budget and does the best he can everytime to help with that. He does not over charge or do things that don't need to be done..... yet.If I could give Billy and Amanda 10 stars I would.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience!!! Very honest guys. He could’ve just told me… you need to change both tires, I would easily get it done. Instead, he said, just need to change one and the other one still got lots of life to it. But they don’t carry that brand, he knows it’s from Kal Tires, which I did get it from Kal Tires years ago. Billy calls Kal Tires to make sure they have stock.He didn’t get my business this time but his profits are my loyalty and trust to him.So, for future reference for any tires matters, I know who to go to!THANK YOU!!! Finding a new tire/repair shop is always stressful, and boy am I lucky to have found this place. Billy is knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy, and would 101% recommend this shop to a friend. I needed new winter tires quickly, and he got me a set for a great price that got me out of some tough situations this Winter. Thank you guys!

Cannot recommend Billy enough! He was able to get me in extremely quickly after my tire blew and was so accommodating with scheduling. As a busy grad student, car issues are stressful - but I will never hesitate to just hand over my keys to Billy and fix whatever he tells me is wrong. He goes way above and beyond for his customers! Grateful to have found this gem of a place after my tire blew for the first time and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Seamless and exceptionally friendly service. Not many places provide this level of customer service anymore. Came in with my car for an alignment correction after hitting a curb in the snow. Billy was very pleasant to deal with and addressed all my concerns. After receiving my car back in perfect order I was astonished to find a fresh water bottle and candy in my cup holder. What a great touch. Will be coming back and brining business.

The service was fantastic. Such a pleasant and convenient tire experience. 30 minutes or so. The price was right. And had a chance to walk the dog in nearby Strathcona Park while I waited. Amanda met me at the shop, called me when the work was done, and left a bottle of cold water and some chocolate treats in the car. Best ever! I’ll be back. Thank you!

I've been taking my Jeep to Shop4Tires for a few years now. Billy and the team here do great work and it's the best shop I've been to. Great customer service and well priced. I've had my brakes done, got new tires, oil changes, etc here and have no complaints. Highly recommend
