Evergreen Irrigation & Illumination
We had Evergreen Irrigation blow out our sprinklers in the fall of 2018. The technition rebuilt the main at that time. In the spring of 2019 we went to turn on our sprinklers and the main box blew apart. I called Evergreen to fix it but they couldn't fit me in until the end of May. I asked them if they couldn't fit me in sooner as I have bedding plants and my grass will be dead by then. They said no. I am not very impressed. Maybe someone could work an extra 1/2 hour one day to accommodate a pensioner? Now I have to pay someone else to come for something Evergreen did wrong.

Evergreen Irrigation & Illumination
We have been using Evergreen Irrigation for over 5 years now, and they always do a great job. We recently had a bigger job done having all my planters set up on a drip line in the front yard as well as on our patio and it looks amazing. Dave has been by twice, once for the quote and as well to over see the job being done the day of. Susie at the office is a pleasure to deal with as well. It is so nice to have a reliable company to deal with.

Evergreeen did a great job of our fall irrigation blow out. They offered prompt friendly excellent service. Shortly after I was emailed a receipt. Very trustworthy and have dealt with the new owner Darren professionally over many years.

Had Dave stop by Saturday, he did more in an hour than was done last year by a so called competitor in 3 hours, if you want a pro call Evergreen and ask for Dave, or anyone he has trained.Feels so good to get what you pay for, as it should be. Highly recommend Evergreen.

Evergreen Irrigation is a great company, for one thing, they called us back even over a long weekend. Dave is really great to talk to. He picked up the call on a weekend to help with an emergency situation. He really cared and took the time to check out the problem. Even though he did not have enough manpower at the right moment, he made a few calls to help me as quickly as he could..........I most sincerely appreciate all his time and effort and caring attitude and easy communication

Had a start-up service done this year and was quoted $85. The tech came replaced 3 rotator heads, fixed a missing emitter, located a drip line that wasn't running to the plant it was supposed to. In total he was here for an hour, and I received an invoice for $250. Assuming his time included in the start-up service was at least 1/2 hr (the tech said they only charge for time spent and not for parts used), it seems I was charged at a rate of $330/hr. Seems a little excessive... will not be using Evergreen in the future.

The owner, Darren, has put in a few irrigation systems in our yard this past year. He also put in lighting that is spectacular. Evergreen’s service is prompt and they go above and beyond to ensure their customer’s satisfaction. I would highly recommend Evergreen.

Would not reccomend. Brutal customer service.Had a crew come by to get everything running and a staff member took it upon himself to start doing repairs" without any authorization. Comes to the door and says we owe him $60 cash. After debating some time

I have had Evergreen Irrigation doing my winterizations and summarizations for almost 20 years. Every single year I've had great service, I believe their pricing is more than fair, and I really appreciate their staff!! I wouldn't know Patty if I bumped into her at the mall, but it is like checking in with an old friend twice a year now-she is awesome! Appreciate that I can always count on these guys!
