These guys are fantastic! I book corporate travel to/from Logan; our employees and clients are always very satisfied with this car service. Friendly Limo is always on-time, has gorgeous new vehicles, and the drivers are very professional and courteous. I'll never go back to the old service we were using!

I have been using Friendly Limousine since November 2019 to drive my elderly mother to appointments (she no longer drives), as well as for myself to Logan. I am extremely happy with their service. The drivers are all courteous, friendly, and well-dressed. They are on time, and their cars are immaculate. The owner is a trustworthy guy, and his drivers are great. I am grateful that I found a car service I can trust to drive my mother. And am happy to use them myself as well. Highly recommend!

Absolute garbage. My flight to Boston was delayed and scheduled to arrive (late) at 7:20pm. Their system which is supposed to track the flight inputted our arrival at 9:20pm. We had no car upon arrival, wasted 20 minutes on hold with support and then the girl at the kiosk, who tried to help, had no idea when the first available car would be. We lost our dinner reservation, and thanks to this utter joke of a black car service, our holiday started off terribly. DO NOT USE THEM.

Best car service! Extremely reliable. They picked us up in a beautiful brand new luxury SUV. They’re not called “Friendly” for nuttin! I was worried about traffic, but they got us there early. I am very pleased and will continue to use them.

5 Star service! I have been using Friendly Limousine for all my airport travel needs for years. There vehicles are always very clean and their drivers are extremely professional. The service is on time every time. There is an ease with communication via text or phone call. Always a great experience. I would highly recommend there services!

This car service came highly recommended by our neighbors in Westwood, and I now see why. They are very accommodating and professional, and will even provide car seats! The drivers are polite and know all the best routes to get you to Logan, even in the worst traffic. And the cars are spotless! Highly recommend.
