Sweet and natural has the best natural supplements that actually helped my health issues with joints . The guy is very knowledgeable that he advised me what items I need to take and it really helped . I'm a customer for life .

This is the best natural/health supplement store I've ever been to, hands down! The owner is just the loveliest man - he is so knowledgeable about every single product and always narrows it down to the exact products I'm looking for. He also remembers me each time I stop in which makes for a really special shopping experience! I look forward to visiting his shop each and every time, and I hope the surrounding community (and beyond!) will continue supporting him to help his business thrive again after these tough covid times. Pay him a visit - you won't be disappointed :)

Amazing experience here! The gentleman working there was so nice and helpful! He seems very knowledgeable as well. The prices are pretty good and there is a lot of variety. I will be back!

Hands down one of the best Health Food and Supplement stores in Toronto. Roy the shopkeeper is super helpful and knowledgable of the products he sells. I've been a customer for several years and have never been disappointed. Great prices and selection of product.

The gentleman working at the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming to the store. He was helpful without being pushy and chatty without being awkward. This place also has an incredible selection of beauty/body items to rival Noah's (where I normally shop). There were great sales and the layout was clean and organized. Will definitely come here in the future.
