Sheena was great with my Golden, unfortunately because she is big and tries to sit while being groomed Sheena can no longer take her. But she has a new girl starting and she is willing to take on my girl. Thank you.. Great job

Took the time to get my nervous dog relaxed and comfortable so he could trim her nails with no fuss. Last place took 3 people plus me to hold her while she fought the entire time. Next appointment is already on the books.

Gordon is great with all types of dogs, whether or not they are comfortable with other people or groomers, Gordon is able to kindly handle them and does an amazing job. He understands the appropriate cuts based on the breed (most others do not) and will always gather feedback from his customers as well. There are so many overly shaved pups out there which is a shame when all they need is to visit here for a perfect trim EVERY time.You will not find a better groomer in Rochester!
