Fully recommend this company! Quick and honest, helped with my fridge. My bridge broke the other day and I was in complete stress especially with the Holidays just around the corner. I called this company and the man helped explain the consult fee and that it would be returned if I chose to go with the repair, so basically a free consult to help with my problem; I needed my fridge fixed ASAP. Definitely cheaper than the other companies I called and much quicker. I had the man come over and quickly solve my problem, was super great and efficient. He checked with the cost of the parts and let me know how much. The only issue is the time it took for the parts to arrive, but that is not on him and I was willing to wait for the help. Got the part and fixed my fridge, just in time for a party I was throwing for my friends.I sincerely thank the man who helped save my holidays and highly recommend this service for anyone! I will for sure be using again in the future!!

Hands down the Very Best service I have ever received!!!!!!!William installed both my Water Softener & Reverse Osmosis systems. He arrived on time and was quickly able to inspect the area as well as the equipment to determine what additional parts would be required, he personally went to Home Depot and procured the parts. He is very knowledgeable, quite the Jack of all trades" as he also installed an over the range microwave for me a few months ago as well. William works fast

My washer broke down because the lock needed to be replaced and this happened on a Saturday. William came within an hour of my call, was able to order the part and replace it by the following Tuesday. He is very reasonable and applies the full amount of the service charge toward the repair. Very honest, and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

William did a great job fixing my gas oven. Very professional quick and cleaned the mess up after. Couldn't ask for better service.

We’ve used William twice now: once to repair our dryer and most recently the washer. Yes, he comes out to diagnose the problem and has to order a part. (I understand how it isn’t possible to have all parts on hand). The initial service call is taken off the final repair bill. I appreciated that he was able to come in a relatively short time and gave me an accurate time frame for his arrival (a one hour window). We would use his services again.

This is the utterly most professional experience ive ever received. William is a great a guy. I gave him a call because of my oven was not powering on anymore and the freezer began to leak out of no where. He did not only fix them but he fixed both of them fast. with the economy where it is buying new appliances was not in my interest especially that they are both not even 5 years old. I am so grateful for William he got my appliances working like brand new again. I will definitely give him a call again.
