Having recently moved to Gander, having a hairdresser is a priority. I asked around & found Salon Adelaide through a friend's suggestion. Caroline is awesome & aims to please . I like my choice.

Hailey was so great and the other staff were very friendly as well. Great experience. We will be back.

Appointment at your own risk.She asked me what I wanted and I said I wanted long face framing pieces. I showed her a picture and I said “like this but longer in the front” I said longest pieces should be no shorter than about my nose if not longer. Well… Now I have bangs. Like actual bangs. I asked her if she could blend them in… she told me I should have told her that before. Which I did because I didn’t ask for bangs especially not straight across bangs. She combed my hair so rough she would rip right through any knot and at one point found a knot and cut it out. I cannot express how crushed I was with this hair cut. I tried to coach and tried to say things to curb how bad she was, but nope. So I said yup that’s good and wanted to run out. She asked me on the way out if I was happy and I couldn’t even look at her. Problem is I have professional family photos in two days. So off to shoppers to fix this disaster myself as no one has any appointments last minute to fix this now. But I guess as they say here “that’s Gander life”.

The staff was excellent. The salon was comfortable.

Great service and skilled hair stylists. I look forward to getting my hair cut here.

Brand new to Gander and couldn’t be happier with the service by Hailey! I was nervous having to find someone new to trust my hair with and I think it’s safe to say I found her. She was very professional, fun and kind. She did a lovely cut and style on me today and I will be going back :)

i went for a strand test here so i could plan for a new color and the girl without my knowledge cuts a piece of my hair out. my hair is long and thin and had i been informed i would have said no. she was sly and even smiled as im looking at her with confusion while she is holding what i thought was a color swatch no. it was a piece of my hair. my first time attempting getting my hair colored in gander, and it will be the last. there was no communication and im truely disappointed. she later messaged me with a time to come in with my son. no. ill go to st johns first. 0 star rating for customer service and Communication.
