We were very happy with our service. Our move was scheduled during extremely snowy weather and the crew called and let us know they were running late due to traffic. I was so worried that they were going to cancel. They did not and went above and beyond to transport our items carefully and quickly. The crew was very efficient and hard working. We will hire MVM whenever we move again.

This is the second time I have used this company for my.move. First time was in 2015. They impressed me then with their tenacity and determination and they didnt dissapoint again this time in 2023! They were efficient, kept in constant contact with me during the move and went above and beyond their scope of requirement . Especially want to give a shout out to Dakota and Khalifa, the movers this time, who worked diligently during the hour span climbing stairs in uneven terrain , not complaining about it at all. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. !

Highly recommend! The owner, Dakota and Gagan worked on the move (Kelowna to the Lower Mainland) and were amazing. They were friendly, calm, fast and took good care of all items during the move. Went above and beyond, highly recommend.

We utilized the services provided by these movers when we moved from Burnaby to Maple Ridge. Although they offer good quality, value and responsive moving services, the professionalism shown leaves a lot to be desired. Two movers showed up well before the assigned time. Good. However, one of them was reluctant to remove their shoes both in the old as well as the new property we were moving into. We asked for their names and they nonchalantly claimed that both of their names were Mohammad - which is extremely suspicious. This guy (the tall Mohammad) was even ready to put up a fistfight with my husband when he was asked to remove the shoes. An unnecessary and unwanted escalation for something as trivial as keeping the new place clean. The short Mohammad was however extremely courteous and was trying his very best to keep the other troublesome guy under control. Farshad was extremely responsive throughout the entire ordeal. Even though the moving took more than the assigned time, I was charged just for the five hours initially promised. Despite the bad experience I had with one of the moving guys, I would definitely avail their services the next time though.

We recently completed a move with them and the experience was terrible. They damaged many items and even left one piece of furniture held together with a moving strap after they broke it. Worse still was the dishonesty and lack of ownership when we brought it to the owner’s attention. The owner actually tried to pretend to be someone else on the phone before we caught on to him. I provided pictures of the furniture before and after the move clearly showing all the damages and he still would not take any responsibility. He kept blaming us for having old furniture, that our stuff was too heavy, we didn’t tell them what to wrap in blankets etc. If I wanted to do all of that, I wouldn’t have hired them and paid $2700 to move a two-bedroom apartment. They offered us $200 to “go away.” I urge you to avoid this company at all costs. They may have had good reviews in the past, but something has clearly changed!

After another company cancelled on me less than 24hrs before my move Metro Vancouver Movers were able to step in and they really exceeded my expectations! They were on time, very professional, very careful and worked very very hard not even taking a break until the job was done. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I would certainly use them again and recommend them with no hesitation.

Moving from Surrey, BC to Edmonton, AB was an amazing experience, the stress of the move never existed with these guys!Right from the get go, they were very professional, we dealt with Farshad and he answered every question/concern we had, we received the quote in such short time, confirmed the quote by email, all the details were there documented and that made me feel SO comfortable, and by the time we got to Edmonton, they arrived with our stuff the day after, no delays! Although the route they took had a highway closure due to a weather condition! Offloading was a breeze with Arman and Gino.The financial part of it was also smooth, the deposit was fairly a small amount, we were able to pay by credit card and got all the receipts.If you want your move to be worry free, call these guys!

I had to return a broken tv and exchange it for a new one, and it was definitely not a one person job. I had Dakota helping me, and she did a fantastic job. She was bright, friendly, cheerful, and more than willing to help out and lift the heavy tv. She made the whole experience pleasant, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing furniture moved. Great experience and a huge help!

These guys are amazing. They are the nicest, most helpful movers you will encounter. They are amazing problem solvers and will help you and solve the most hardest situations with moving. I cannot recommend them enough. On-time, punctual, responsible, positive attitude, they were able to move my very heavy couch through the balcony. Absolutely phenomenal job. I mean they provide the boxes for free with drop off and pick up which saved me so much time both in my prep time and how long it took to load. My last move took twice as long as metro Vancouver movers. I don't know how they make money with such a fast safe service but I am not complaining
