Very busy weekend in Orillia, we got turned away from two other restaurants for not having a reservation, but there was no wait here. Great service and food that I would expect from a Kelsey. Loved the blue lagoon cocktail.

Our server Kim was excellent. Attentive and patient while we decided and during our meal, sat with us for a few minutes afterwards while my partner expressed his thoughts about his meal. Funny and sweet and great at her job!

This was a perfect place for a family gathering. Even though we were a smaller group (12) we were able to use the Party room. This was so helpful as it allowed us to visit freely and in a quieter space. thank you for your service Kelseys

We went for a late dinner last night. Our service and food was amazing!! Our server was attentive and noticed when Dad wasn't able to finish his meal (he was full) and Mom was unable to eat her soup due to a health issue. They didn't charge us for their meals. The server mentioned it to her manager who came by to ensure everything was ok. Despite some eating issues we all enjoyed the atmosphere and how genuine the staff is. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend eating here!

Wow!!! Stopped in for lunch today and what a fantastic dining experience!! Every staff member we dealt with was fabulous, from the young gentleman who seated us, to our awesome server, and even the General Manager who popped by to apologize for our food taking a little longer than expected. Funny part was, we didn't think the wait had been long at all, because our server kept checking in on us, our drinks and chatting us up. The staff were 5 star and clearly take pride in taking care of their patrons and providing top notch service!Now for the food...I don't even know what to say except it was absolutely perfect and so delicious!!! Our table had a vinny's fish and chips (breaded to perfection), and the rest of us tried a couple of the lunch trios. The BBQ chicken sandwich, soup and side trio was out of this world!!! I have NEVER had a chicken sandwich that tasted so good! Hats off to the chef!!If you're looking for fantastic food and even better service I highly recommend this location!!!Thanks to all the staff for a fantastic dining experience!!
