The massaging chairs are all broken, I was told by the staff and manager herself. They tried to communicate and be helpful, but I believe there’s room for improvement. It’s only been 1 week and the nail polish on my real nails is already peeling off. I am going to ask for a full refund, so disappointed

Really like the team here! Very friendly and efficient staff and they do a great job with manis and pedis and are reasonably priced as well.

So we called and had booked in advance for 3 pedicures to be done together at 2:00. We get there at 1:55 and they’re busy, but still greeted us and asked us to pick our colours and they would be a moment. No worries. A few moments go by and we’re called over to the chairs. When we go to sit down they’ve got the 3 chairs ready for us. My two girlfriends had someone servicing them, but I was left to my own. I figured, maybe the person for me was using the washroom or something. After almost 10 minutes of just sitting with my feet in half cold water, I look at the one lady and go “excuse me, I’m just wondering where my person is. We did book for 3 correct?” The lady confirms we did and she would just be a moment. A little annoying that she couldn’t have communicated that with me and I had to ask, but okay, just another few moments. Almost another 15 minutes pass. I won’t lie, I feel it wasn’t my best moment, but I’ve been sat down for over 20 minutes with no one even acknowledging me, so I was rather frustrated. I looked over to the lady and said “I don’t mean to be rude, but I’ve been sat here for over 20 minutes while my friends are getting serviced and I’m just sat here. I just don’t understand why you would book 3 people together for pedicures if you’re not able to accommodate them.” She stares at me for a moment and ignored me.A few moments of the ladies avoiding eye contact with me and speaking amongst themselves someone starts to service me. A few moments into it and my friends were done their pedi’s and went to wait for me by the front. The lady who did my pedi was nice. At least I thought that until I went to the register. I looked down and saw a total for 73$ and some change, as I’m getting ready to pay, my friends come in and had mentioned she thought she paid for me (she had asked to pay for mine where it was my birthday, but they forgot to add it on (no biggie) when she pulled out her receipt to see that they hadn’t added it to her total, I said thank you but don’t worry, I’ve got it. At that moment the lady had taken the terminal back and when I got the terminal to pay my total was now $67 and some change. If my friends hadn’t come back and with a receipt in hand (as they had the same service) they would have over charged me. I guess because I expressed my frustration earlier they thought I wouldn’t tip, so I guess they wanted to add in one for themselves. My friends said I was too nice because I tipped 15% (truthfully even though I was frustrated with their rudeness and also trying to gouge me, I still did like the job the lady had done). It was a very unpleasant experience overall for myself and my girlfriends. I don’t see myself returning to over pay for being made to feel uncomfortable.

A nice, bright spot. Very cleanThe woman who did my shellac manicure, although not chatty (a bit of a language barrier) gave the most thorough manicure I’ve had in years. She was very slow and methodical (which could be an issue if you’re in a hurry) but she did a wonderful job. This was a last minute appointment as I’m staying at a hotel near by, but they got me right in. Highly recommend

I have been going here semi-regularly for just over a year and hadn't had any issues until recently. The last two times I've been my shellac manicure started to lift off within a few days. The shellac had obviously not bonded properly with my nails - there was absolutely no damage to my nails when the shellac lifted.I went back after the first shellac lifted; I hoped it was just a fluke. When the second shellac also lifted I went back to the salon and they redid my manicure for free, which I appreciated. However that manicure has also lifted in under a week.

Clean mail salon, fast service, appointments are always on time. Been there multiple times and shellac always lasts around 3 weeks.

I got a full shellac mani/pedi on Friday. I left for Vancouver, did not swim, cook or clean. Today is Tuesday and half of my mani and pedi is chipped and gone!I spent $100 and it did not even last like a regular polish! So dissatisfied and disappointed

I tried this place few times now and during last few visits the quality of my regular polish manicure and pedicure was poor. The nail polishes used seem to be very old and they chipped the next day. The polish was also thick and bled into nail /skin creases. I could have done it better myself. I also personally find it overly expensive for a basic mani pedi (close to 70-80 with tax and tip )and takes a long time. I don’t like writing negative reviews and support all businesses but I won’t go back.

I can only say good things about the service! My shellac manicure was so carefully done, and the spa pedicure definitely gives you your money's worth! The prices are great and they take pride in their work. They really take their time on pedicures and make you wait quite awhile for them to fully dry, so I wouldn't go here if I was in a rush or had a time limit.
