My family Doctor is here but something needs to be done to correct the fact you can't reach anyone and the online appointment never gives a confirmation of appointment made. Great Doctors but something needs to be done to correct contact with their office.

I scheduled a clinic appointment, received confirmation, but 10 days prior to the scheduled date, they unexpectedly canceled without explanation or offering an alternative time.

The doctor I saw was nice. Seemed like it could have been an over the phone appt, but she was nice never the less. Trying to phone in, nearly impossible. Trying to re-fill a prescription, nearly impossible so far. I'm at my local pharmacy for the 2nd time and still no prescription faxed in to them, so I keep get 3-7 emergency refills to tide me over. Girl on the phone at walnut didn't seem to care. She was actually still talking to someone in the background while I was speaking with her, then said sorry, can you repeat that, I was busy. When I had my appointment, my daughter and I were put into the waiting room, which I thought MIGHT be nicer than the worn out torn dirty chairs in the lobby. Nope. It was a dirty storage closet. I had to hold my daughter, because the floor was too filthy to set her down. Overall, quite a ridiculous office, I'm not sure how they're allowed to be open

The walk in clinic for in person care is closed. It is by phone only. Got up early to go and wait and there is a sign on the door. Had to drive into downtown Langley to see a Dr. In person.

Calling the office is impossible. I've tried getting in touch over multiple days spanning over the course of a month, need to book an appointment with them because my specialist is there and no clue how to move forward at this point.Once your in the office and your appointments are booked its an easy process with highly knowledgeable staff. Just very frustrated with the phone situation. At least give us an email to email or have a voicemail system, or both!

A lot of the same. Can't get though by phone. I attended the office to explain the purpose of my visit. I was told that a phone referral was necessary. I got the call the next day and was told I could only do what was required in person. Waste of both my time and the responding Doctor's time as well. Before you call or stop in, look elsewhere.

Tried calling 3 days in a row to confirm my appointment but you cant get through to anybody. So they've canceled it.

my first time at this clinic today was the opposite of these 1 star reviews, so I was pleasantly surprised!i booked a virtual time slot using the online system at 930am (for 1140 the same day) and at 1030am i got a call to confirm the appointment. I was actually able to visit the doctor in person due to my symptoms, for the same time slot. the visit itself was also great, i was seen within 10 minutes of arriving, Dr Amrish was really efficient and thorough with his questions and exam, and offered some insight too which made me feel involved in the process. i filled my prescription at the on-site pharmacy and Sameer there was also really efficient and informative. i was in and out within 25 minutes! wow!

Dr. Ramiah is simply amazing. I've been seeing him for years. He was the only clinic doctor out of 4 in the area that would stitch my finger. Trying to get a hold of the front desk is a different story. At times I've had to call for over 20 minutes to talk to someone, and when I arrive, I see 3 employees sitting at the desk for the 15 minutes in the waiting area.

I just got an appoitment with Dr. Ramiah. I'm talking about more then one issue. He tells me I only need to talk about one issue and book another appointement if I want to discuss of something else. I was in his office for 5 minutes. Very disapointing and unprofessionnal.
