North Emma Lake Campground

Large clean sites...nice and quiet!

Quaint and quiet.

Very beautiful and quiet. Only downsides. Have to drive for shower, beach and playgrounds if you have kids.

Great summer spot

Awesome place just like general store.It's got everything.

The north side is the place to be of you want peace and quiet. The north side has only 33-34 sites while Murray point has over 130, and some are pretty open with very little privacy. The showers are on the the Murray point side along with the the play ground and beach. Both sides have firewood stations but the north side seems to be given the leftovers with slim pickings for firewood. The 30 amp outlet stopped working so we had to rely on propane for the hot water heater and run the AC on the drop down on the 15 amp. Anything else turned on at the same time would trip the breaker. Luckily I have solar panels so I could run the fridge on DC or propane. Maintenance staff were apologetic, but the electrician doesn't work on wknds, or long wknds. As mentioned, the north side is the place to be if you're looking for a quiet getaway, or head to the other side of you want to be within walking distance to the beach. Showers / restrooms are plentiful and we'll maintained, but only on one side.

Great spits with some privacy, but when we went the bugs were crazy

Beautiful place and perfect t for camping. Everything you need is there, some electricity, water for dishes and shower, toilets, wood for the fire. Quiet and peaceful and in contact with nature. Walking distance from the lake and walking distance from groceries and a nice restaurant. Price is very accesible.

Beautiful campground and beaches

It's quieter than the main campground and closer to the store. It has it's own smaller but less busy beach. Lots of trees and privacy between sites.excellent to camp in.
