NO CURRENCY EXCHANGE! and if you use a cab from there make sure you ask about fares white Honda Odyssey with plates stev8 charged me 40$ to go one block that said staff there is awesome

Dirty, station stinks, buses always late and broken down. Maintenance is changing tires in the lot. Oil and antifreeze all over the place. Security doesn’t keep the rif raf out. Teller doesn’t help.

Contrary to my concerns, the Greyhound station here was not so bad. There were always staff looking around, so I felt safer.

This is the cleanest most efficient and safest Greyhound Station I visited this year by far! Very clean! The security are checking for tickets inside the station routine to protect us! The drivers are STELLAR safe and no nonsense! Give every single employee a HUGE RAISE! Thank you God for allowing me to meet my forever friends here especially Cassandra and Mr. Cunningham! Excellent experience Detroit! Nice job! Do NOT fall pray to the adorable peeps trying to sell u stuff I sure didn't lol.

Staff wasn't very helpful. Except for one lady named Barbara. Crowded for my entire 4 hour lay over. Dirty bathrooms. At least there was 3 stalls and 3 urinals to keep traffic moving.

They rip people off just to cancel a trip. I paid $42 for a ticket, I eventually had to cancel it. They then charged me another $20 for a cancellation fee, now I'm at 60 bucks. They voucher is only worth $10 . It's a complete rip off.

Very clean and secure. Never had any issues traveling through here.Edit; I jinxed it and we had an unexplained hour delay .
