Joseph provided WONDERFUL service. In no time at all he helped me choose a phone cover for my new device and a glass protector. He went beyond by cleaning off all finger prints and applied my new protection. A big thank you to Joseph, a truly helpful individual. ❤️

Chatr is the worst. I had such a bad experience with them. The girl told me I will wait for 30 mins max to get my plan activated (before I pay) and they made me wait for 2 hours. After I paid, we called customer service and they said it might take up to 24 hours. I called the manager and he said it might take 3 hours. Everyone who works there says something different. The way the manager talked was not nice at all. At the end, I asked them to give me a refund since I wanted the plan to be activated asap and they refused. Such a bad experience.

I literally never write reviews but the manager Mujahed at this location made my whole day, was super sweet and willing to help me out right away when requested. I had asked him to install my screen protector and he did a flawless job within the matter of minutes! I would like to thank him for going above and beyond with his service! Super polite staff as well, would totally recommend you check them out!

I just went to the Chatr store in Erin Mills Town Centre and I had the pleasure to have Joseph assist me in purchasing a new phone. His customer service was excellent and I appreciate the time he took to explain the details of the phone. Great personality and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
