Molly Maid St Thomas

We have used the general housekeeping cleaning service for over a year now. It’s so nice to come home to a clean house. The staff are always professional and efficient. We have also used the deep clean service and had Jacquie and Maureen do an awesome job. They found dirt/dust in areas I didn’t even know existed!

I would like to thank Katie , Christian & Myla for their help to clean my home. They were very efficient, kind , thorough and responsive. I was very thankful they took extra time to help not only clean but went beyond my expectations getting to the hard to clean areas especially as I have a dog. The customer care was outstanding during and after the work was done. I felt they truly care even beyond the cleaning . Thanks again!

I received a gift certificate for Christmas and was super excited to give Molly Maid a try. Katie sent her team of Teresa and Rochelle and they did not disappoint! They were punctual and professional and cleaned my house as good (or better) than I would have but it would have taken me all day or even multiple days. And that’s exactly what you need in a cleaning service. I can’t wait for their next visit!

She took the time to go over everything I needed to know to make my decision whether or not we would hire them. Based on her and what we heard, we agreed to hire them. Hired Molly Maid to do a deep clean of our newly built home as we’ve had issues with dirt from outside and dust from our basement getting finished and we needed a really good deep clean to get things up to par.Abbey and Toni did an absolutely phenomenal job and we couldn’t be happier. They were professional and friendly and did a very thorough job. Will definitely be using them again!

Your company goes above and beyond the standards of what we expect and the employees are very very nice. My whole experience from the first employee I spoke to up to managment was polite and professional, the staff I spoke to understood my needs and wants (and budget) and worked with me to create a cost effective and great plan based on my information.
