Great natural area that you can walk around. It’s peaceful and it was enjoyable walk with my wife. It’s really a hidden gem. It’s in the middle of an industrial area so you would never expect this area to be where it is. Lots of interesting plaques with interesting information about what a wetland area is. I definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stroll. It’s walkable in a reasonable amount of time.

There is one negative that keeps this from being 5 stars. It is the people, like the ones from Denham Ford, who let their dogs run off leash and chase the water fowl. If the city monitored the park occasionally, put up large easy to read signs, provided doggy bags and waste bins this could reach five stars.

Beautiful park in the middle of an industrial zone. Path is both paved and gravel.

This is a lovely little wetlands with walking trails. It's quite pretty with plenty of photo opportunities. It is a fairly short, easy walk and very dog friendly, just not off leash. There are some nice benches to sit and watch the wildlife. I didn't see any picnic areas and there aren't any bathrooms but there is a parking lot.

This constructed wetland is a great place to walk, bike, or take your kids for a walk! The path is flat and well-maintained. There are numerous educational signs along the path that explain how this constructed wetland assists in cleaning the municipal water supply. There are no bathrooms or other facilities in this area, so plan in advance.

Has been pretty neat to see the city pay homage to Ukrainian settlers and the first families - beautiful park :)

This spot is wonderful. A great place to ride bikes, walk, benches for sitting, info signs describing the insect, bird, and plant life, and a few dedications on behalf of the dearly departed. People from all walks of life visit this spot, including photographers of birds, photoshoots in costume, walkers of dogs, smokers of cannabis, elderly seeking fresh air and nature, and even the odd homeless. Everyone is quite friendly and says hello. Please note the water features in this area are not natural, engineered for storm drainage, and absolutely unsuitable for any use by humans or their pets, with signage ascribing this fact.

Great little wetland oasis in the middle of just the opposite. Perfect for a lunch walk, run or ride. Say hi to Fergie when you walk by.
