Quiet store with nice and friendly staff. Lots of items to pick from including some specialty items or items I had no idea existed. The store could use a little more reorganizing as it was a little but difficult to find the items I was looking for but it was very clean. There are some items which are affordable too. Great customer service.

La gérante de ce magasin n'a aucun respect pour la loi de la protection du consommateur. Nous avons acheté un item en vente final, mais l'item n'est pas fonctionnel a cause d'un mauvais design. La gérante nous dit que c'est non remboursable, car c'était une vente final. Je suis désolé, mais je pense pas que vente final ça couvre vendre un item non fonctionnel.

Je m'étais déplacé pour ramasser une commande en ligne, mais j'ai failli repartir les mains vides parce que la vendeuse sur place m'avait affirmé qu'on ne m'avait pas envoyé de courriel. Je lui ai montré la preuve du contraire et m'a donné le produit que j'avais commandé. Je lui pardonne, car j'admets ne pas avoir été un client facile. Je recommande de toujours avoir une preuve de commande sur soi (imprimée de préférence) pour éviter de revenir bredouille.

Nous y avons enfin trouvé la vaisselle que nous voulions en solde. Faut être patient et y retourner souvent.

Mauvaise expérience avec la commande en ligne. Annulation sans préavis, donc longue attente d'une commande annulée sans que j'en sois informée.
