I ordered two deluxe Mexi Fries and a beef burrito, the beef was LOADED with hot spice, our mouths were on fire! Skip the Dishes covered half the refund, not impressed with this Taco Time at all!!!!!

I went to the counter to place an order and the young woman said that she was busy but would get someone else to take my order. She called to some guy in the back who came out wearing a mask under his mouth and left it just cupping his chin. I said i just wanted 2 hard tacos to go and I told him that wearing a mask like that literally does nothing, he ignored my comment and he took my money and turned around to start making the order---- without washing his hands. The other one, a young woman sitting on the floor, pulling things from the fridge and putting them on the floor while she rearranged the contents wasn't wearing a mask at all. I told the both of them that they needed to be wearing a mask properly and the guy gave me a really mean look and pulled it up under his nose and she said I'm not working the counter so I don't have to wear a mask." I told the superspreader that I didn't want to buy anything from the restaurant and I wanted a refund. He started to argue that he wouldn't and then said that he didn't know how to "do that". We visited this location because many others had closed early due to Covid. They list their hours as open until 10pm. We were there just before 9pm. They had run out of beef and said there would be a long wait if we ordered any item that needed it. Instead we had veggie tacos. They were cold. Both were ordered without cheese. Both had cheese anyway. We also ordered poutine. They explained they were about to close so the gravy wasn't the best. They also only had enough gravy for one. In reality the gravy was chunky and burnt. It should not have been served. I was in the store about twenty minutes. The entire time a taco for a Skip order was laying half made on the table. There is no way it was still warm even though it had beef. When I left the Skip guy was still waiting for them to figure out his order. They seemed to be blaming all of us for their issues. They said we came when they were closing but their own hours list says they were open another hour yet. Would be worth going to a different location.

Hot and fresh. Ready on time for pick up. Love the mexi fries deluxe. Their salsa fresca is really good.

If you order off Uber Eats, dont order late at night. They have already thrown out the toppings and if you add them to your order you will still get charged and be disappointed.

3 StrikesFirstly, I'd say I go to a Taco Time for lunch probably once every couple of weeks. My fav's are Crispy Meat Burrito, Beef Taco Salad and Mexi Fries. I've now been to this store 3x's. My first order was a Crispy Beef and fries. Both items tasted like a combination of oil with a hint of Curry. I suspect the fryer may not have been up to temp and the oil may have been used to cook other food items. My second and third attempts were Beef Taco Salad. Both times were an epic fail. Meat seems like its lacking the Taco Time flavor and is COLD. Salad was old, very skimpy on the toppings and the shell was definitely stale. On all three occasions I felt like I was imposing on the staff even though I was the only one in the store at the time. Love Taco Time but this location not so much!

Inedible 100% disgusting. It defines gas station taco. Didn't even eat it. Just paid to throw something in the garbage 10 minutes later. All 4 of them look the same absolutely unacceptable. Who can serve rotten food to some one and be OK with that.....

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no help or without even seeing an employee. I visited at 4:30 pm on a week day…Asked the clerk of the Esso if the Taco Time was open. She replied yes, but she was unable to assist with Taco Time (understandable). Ended up leaving to choose another restaurant. Will not be back as this is the second time I’ve had the exact same experience. Do not recommend wasting your time here

Supposed to get the second burrito half price on Thursday’s but was charged full price. Only realized after I got home. No cheese on my mexi fries deluxe - couldn’t see it or taste it. Just poor considering the price. $33 for 2 burritos and mexi fries to share. No drink. No extras. Next to no chicken on the burrito and lettuce tasted old. Yikes guys get it together.

Garbage. Staff are unknowlegeable and are gas jockeys doubling as fast food servers. For fans of wasting $20 on grosser than hygard meat subs, I highly recommend. A real disgrace to Taco Time. Yikes. I can only imagine the quality of a taco-Tuesday" crunch of business. There's a better location closer
