My friend went to take Ontario photo ID card and they took her Indian driving license. When she applied for G1, she was asked for an Indian license to give G2 asap. But when she approached service Ontario with the concern, they humiliated her and told her that her license was destroyed. The lady yelled at her in front of everyone. This is the second time that we have been facing racism from few service Ontario James St staffs. Kindly put a stop to it! Browns are humans!

I recently visited Service Ontario to apply for my wife's OHIP card. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even though there was a long line. I was particularly impressed by a staff member with tattoos on his arms; he was very helpful in filling out the form and taking the photo for the card, and it only took 20 minutes to complete the whole process. Despite reading some negative reviews on Google before visiting, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience and my wife felt very comfortable despite being new to Canada and not speaking perfect English. Overall, a great experience and friendly faces!

I went into the office and I took the number 10. When they called #10 the person that had #11 said he was there before me, which was a lie, and that he should go first. They let me go to the counter, but they apologized to the person with #11 for letting the person with #10 go first.

Super slow service. The queue does not move at all. The service is super slow after considering the line up of people waiting outside.

I went for applying my health card and OHIP.This is the service ontario branch where you should go for getting your health card if you are a holder of work permit status.The staffs were so helpful and polite.Helped me nicely and did got everything done quickly.

My wife applied OHIP here and she did received a great help from staff. They tried to explain and help her to get the required documents. The line was long but the process was rather fast. They should deserve 5 star rating as Canada service offices still close. Thank you for your hard working. Parking withing the office is just 2 hours maximum with fee. For longer parking, there is a parking lot close to it as the T-jointion with Isabella.
