Had an absolutely amazing experience in store today with Brandon, helped me get everything I’ve been wanting in a phone and plan for me and my wife! First time I’ve made a company switch in years! Eric, the guy who initially made my switch to Rogers so painless, helped me activate a new phone that I bought elsewhere. He spent nearly 30 minutes making sure the transfer went smoothly and then didn't charge a cent! that what I call awesome customer service!

Brandon was one of the best phone sales reps I had the pleasure of dealing with. Wasn't sure about whether I wanted to make the switch from iPhone back over to android but he helped me out through the whole process and I couldn't be happier with the Fold I have now
