Springbank Pediatric Services

The receptionist is so unbelievably nasty. Beyond just being rude. Was coming to pick up records. She failed to let me know they moved. I came across the city. She was nasty towards me. How can people get away with treating others so horribly? And why is the name still SPRINGBANK when they're on Southdale now? I've read other reviews on this receptionist and it's the same. My apologies for calling and asking a simple question. This is NOT right. Never been so upset and discusted.

Dr stare is wonderful and my children love her!

I called today to book an appoitment for my son who is now 3. I was informed he hadn't been in 2 years more then once. Which is not true he had his 18 month vaccinations done there and the reason we have not been back since is because we haven't been able to get in when we need to be seen example an ear infection. I was disappointed with the way I was spoken to on the phone. In the past I have been told to go to a walk in or ER for something if I need care right away so that's what I have done. Now I need to get in and am given a hard time. Needless to say I called my family doctor. Although my service with reception wasn't the best the care I have recieved when visiting with my boys has been wonderful. I really like Dr. Gloor. Just wish I could get in to see her.

Dr. Starray it’s very hard to get a hold of. We have been trying for the past three months with no calls back and no answer. I really like this location but it would be nice if we could hear back more promptly.

I just got off the phone with Linda the receptionist at Springbank Paediatric. I had to call as My son's emergency puffer states take 2-4 puffs every 4-6 hours" and he only needs the puffer as needed. Because those two little words "as needed" are not included on the label

The receptionist is RUDE! She should first learn how to talk to people. I have never seen such a pathetic person in my life. She is such a horrible person.

Dr. Gloor is amazing! She is so professional and kind, always giving our little one plenty of time, love, and care. I just wish that the clinic would offer after-hour service.

New people working the front office make it much better to work with this office. Glad to finally call and feel like I'm not a bother to make an appointment. Kudos to the great phone manners!

I agree ! They should change the receptionist !! I called many times and everytime that I spoke to the old receptionist she always say no ! Last time I was there too i asked when is the next vaccination she said “just call me and she gave me the business card, Doctors are good and nice and the young lady who always call if your turn they’re all very nice ! Except that old lady always say no!! Poor service !! I never had an experienced that I’m happy with her service

The receptionist is very rude and had a snotty attitude when I called to make an appointment for my son. Who has been at this pediatrician location since birth. If you need to take your child here be prepared to wait a whole month and a half. Because uh yeah the doctor is booked up all through the month of may" ill be looking for a new pediatrician."
